Before vacating, I cleaned every part of the unit before leaving. this is something I do for every rental I have ever had, and have not once lost a security deposit, or have had any funds deducted. Purchase a Pair of Austrialian Ugg Boots from the Shop Bank who are part of JD Sport and to my horror they started to split at the rubber at toe end of boot. On returning to Bank they said they had to send away for inspection, but after 10 Days i received a letter and the same boots back from JD Sports Inspection Centre saying it was Contact Damage meaning it was myself that caused the damaged. I financed a car with VNB in 2004. I was set to pay off the loan in December 2009, but they never sent out the final payment amount statement as stated in the loan documentation. Ordered CS4 Master Suite and expected to get box with 20 to 30 CDs encompassing 11 or 12 Adobe programs. Got instead a password and download key to download about 23GB of data. Obviously a pirated copy with a good probability of malware or trojan virus. And Adobe will not register the product so it is a pirated copy. Came from Riga so I think that is in Latvia or Romania. I called for having my dryer vent cleaned. This guy sounded great at first. Wait it gets even better. I explained to him the problem and he said fine we can do it. At first he said he'll clean the vent from the inside of the house, if we need to I'll clean the outside, but most of the time it's not necessary.
