I advertised with Cumberland Nespaper group in 2007, I paid the bills, and throught that was the end of it. in Feb 2008, I get a letter from Commericial Credit Service who insited I didnt pay the bill and that I must pay a total of $903.75. This was paid and I throught that was that, untill I get anther bill frrom them stating I owe $136.85 this is when i went through and found that this whole bill was paid and that I was ripped off to the total sum of $1329.87 when I rang the sharks they are so unhelpfull that I have proceeded with a court action. read full review »

I purchased a dreamie (buy 1 get 1) + shipping, for my son who is in the Milatary and is gettin ready to ship out again. I had to get a satin one in order to get the blanket one, so i did. I paid extra to get the blanket one. They sent 2 satin ones. I called to send them back they said i had to pay for shipping and to have a tracer on package, to make a long story short, I paid 13.20 in postage to send them back, now i am up to $46.00. I felt very lucky to get a Bass Pro Shops gift card for Christmas. I ordered a watch. Shipping was approx. $8. When it arrived I quickly discovered that it was not satisfactory. In fact it was a piece of junk with instructions that a rocket scientist couldn't decipher. I sent it back. Shipping was approx. $6. Bass Pro Shops refunded the money minus another $8 to send me a new gift card. To start with, I have a large amount of experience with customer service. I have been the general manager of a retail store for 6 years, 1 of them also as an owner. I also run a theatre company which comes in contact with well over 800 people a year, not including our students or staff. I own a Toshiba Satellite X200. I own a 2005 Black on Black Chrysler Crossfire Convertible. It is a collector's item. The steering wheel on the car was made of a beautiful reddish wood (Walnut, I believe), partially wrapped in leather. The steering wheel was one reason I purchased the car. We use to go to Zhang's buffet for the crab legs, till two weeks ago when I was leavingI passed the place where they bus the plates and toss the leftovers. On the cart between the garbage and the dirty plates there were crab legs laying inbetween on the cart, must have been 15 legs and claws there. On 19 Nov 09, I purchased a Star Trac Elliptical from Sears.com. It was delivered 3 Dec 09. After 2 weeks of use, I threw the box away. It was so big there was no place to store it except my garage and park outside in the below zero temps. After another week, the machine failed. I called Sears and was told they had no record of my order and that they could not look it up via the order number. We purchased 7 HP Lab top computers and 7 C6380 printers from the Best Buy Store in Bowling Green, KY in June of 2009. We are going through ink cartridges like crazy with only a few pages printed. It is regular letter size print. We are having trouble finding cartridges at Office Supply, Best Buy, and Wal-Mart stores. We found out we can not refill these cartridges either. I have a Kodak Easy Share Z1285 digital camera that the lens is stuck in the extended position. Also the unit will turn on and immediately turn back off. I have tried new batteries that aree compatible with the unit according to Kodak's own guide lines. I have found several other website where people complain of the same type of malfunctions with their Kodak Easy Share Z1285 cameras. I believe this to be a design flaw that Kodak is unwilling to rectify unless unit is under warranty. My camera is out of warranty yet has only been used around 20 times at the most.
