Signed up for a sample costing $5.95 and another for $12.90 and found my card account was charged £3.84 via Purwhite and then $89.95 by teethwhite and $87.62 by pristinehlth ( from Cyrpus). In addition I never evn received any samples. We have the same issue with Symatec. All, please send letters to Janice Chaffin, Group VP Consumer Business Unit and cc your State Attoney office and Credit Card company. I call Symatec Global Head Quarters at 650-527-8000. They will not let you speak to a company rep to try to solve the billing issues. They will not provide a phone number for DRI Symatec. Richard with Brian Urlacher in tucumcari has lied two me about ordering parts for my g5. My warranty has run out waiting on a call. Received this e-mail from sender [email protected] which in no way looked like a corporate email address. Checked this registry and found it was associated with a Lottery scam as well as this employment/Phishing scam. This sender needs to be found, shut down and prosecuted for their illegal activities. I canceled my membership after 12 months, they continued charging me for 15. First they said cancellation by phone did not count, then I canceled in person in writing on Oct 10, they billed me again Nov. 17th. Have written proof. I rescinded permission to use my credit card number both to them and to the credit card company, they continued to use my credit card number rather than sending paper bills to me. Credit card company has record of my call to them as occurring on Oct 12th. I have no way of getting my card number out of their hands. And the site says that as soon as the minimum payout is reached the payout button gets activated. But to my surprise even after surpassing the minimum payout limit, the payout button is not all active. From the contact button I tried to contact them nearly two times. For God's sake please dont go to this driving school. They give false ad that they have lady instructors for 2-wheeler and 4-wheeler. But the truth is that they dont have any such lady instructors. I signed a contract with Linda's Consignments in June 2008 to sell some very expensive clothes several times over this past year. I have a Lev elevator which was installed when we built our home 5 years ago. I was well-satisfied, except that during the summer of 2008, after an electrical storm, the light for the call button on the second floor went out and, more importantly, the outer door could not be opened on that floor from the outside. MCCE and Karen Mooney agreed to to build a complete website for our company. We paid 1/3 of the project fee and they promised to have work done in 3 weeks. All they produced in 3 months was a few designs for the home page, and their attempts were so amateurish that we finally ended up giving them the entire design ourselves. New management is very rude, spacially two new onsite office managers. we have an incident before thanks giving. We had rotten smell coming from our stair. We call apt. office and they send a maintenance man, Smell was horrible, maintained man said it may be squirrel died inside the wall. My wife told the office manager to fix the problem . Got Sky has a "fair service" policy that they use to essentially cut off your service. They do this if you are so bold as to try to download a movie or large program. They then continue to charge you about $70.oo per month with essentially no service!!! I would strongly recommend that no one use this company. They are arrogant and stupid. 1st National Processing charged me a PCI compliance fee of $129 and gave me no choice to avoid the fee, even when I closed my account. Or tried to close my account- I sent in their close account form on 10/29/09 and never got a response. Phone calls have gone unanswered till 12/1/09 when I got a message that my account was closed- but haven't received anything in writing.
