Unauthorized charge to my card. I notified my bank and filed a fraud report. The bank had me call them, at which time they told me that I would receive my money back within 10 working day. After 14 working days, I called, only to be told that they would not be giving me my money back. That what they had done was legal. They have NO online website and when you post their name, you find others like myself who have been ripped off by them. There are probably many more out there who have also been taken by them. Hopefully, my bank will be able to get my money back for me, but there should be some way to get the information out about this company. read full review »

On October 24th we purchased a Guitar Hero World Tour for a PS2. When we opened the package but before using it, I called BB to ask if I would be able to return it even if it had been used. My brother and I have a credit card from Virgin (MBNA) Having become unemployed I thought I would call help line for a claim pack. This came and I filled it in (very intrusive I might add) sent this off about two weeks later got the reply we are unable to help you at this time. It turns out that my brother is covered but only for death or hospital admin. So this turns out to be a joint policy but only in one name.
