This property was originally built by Lincoln Property and was beautiful. Riverstone purchased the property and it has gone down hill since, filthy conditions, no maintenance on the property grounds, ammenities that we pay for are not kept up, and would probably get them closed down if the health department were to come by. CitiMortgage readily accepted a check for $11, 787.00 from State Farm Insurance that required endorsement by them in addition to the policy holders for damage to their home. It obviously takes an act of God for them to ge the check back to us in a timely manner. Webroot Antivirus with Antispyware virus program is a 45 dollar rip off. After numerous tries to download thier update, because the version I paid for won't protect me on malware, I am fed up. It takes two hours to supposedly download the new update with the same results NOTHING. DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM!!! when the new owners took over they decided to down size into a much smaller, cramped area. Everything is compacted together. Then they decided to change the hours!!! They decided it was not worth it to them to keep the hours that they had when I joined originally. The owner showed no remorse in her decision and added that she could do this whenever she felt it necessary. I took out, and paid for an online insurance policy with this company for my daughter and myself. On inspection of the policy when it arrived, i noticed that they had got my date of birth wrong. When i phoned up to explain they told me that my daughter was NOT coverd! and tried to blame the online process for allowing the transaction going through. They are often very busy so you may have to wait for service. They do have a big inventory of guns, ammo and equipment along with indoor pistol and rifle ranges. I do not know where to even begin with the horrific business practices of Sharper Impressions Painting. They do not do the painting! Sharper subs the job out to a rag-tag crew, which does horrible work. I was promised a powerwash with trisodium phosphate and bleach; yet the powerwash was only water. (I had to show the guy how to start his powerwasher.) The prep workers did not fill in voids, nor did they scrape loose paint. I paid nearly $200 a month to store all of my belongings in a "climate controlled" unit at Green Acres storage in Marion, Iowa. When I went to retrieve my property, they were covered with red and black mold and dripping wet.
