I have purchased not 1, not 2, but 3 Rowenta irons since 2002. The first 2 irons that stopped working I blamed on my son who was home from college using it each time. This third iron, a model DX6900 has a short in the power cord that goes into the iron. I can some time wiggle the cord to get the iron to power on. Today, it is completely not working. I had five payments left on my car when I lost my job. My so-called Honda account rep Kemeesha kept telling me to clean out the car because it was going to get towed. She even told me that she was going to come get it herself! The funny thing was that when I called Honda (and avoided her), her coworkers told me that the car was not going to get towed. I was still making payments (albeit late and not enough), and it wasn't worth it for them to tow the car.
