I paid for tile, Cathy Andersen provided a sub-contractor named Benny to lay the tile. Three different times I requested her inspection of poor installation, Three time she set an appointment and three times she failed to show up. I purchased a 18 volt Drill/saw/sander/grinder combination tool kit. It is damaged and I cannot find a repair center in my area who can even identify the mfg. On October 9th 2004 I purchased a heat pump for my pool. Aquatherm manufactured it. In August of 2006 I discovered oil in my pool. The heat pump had malfunctioned and caused this mess. Lenovo is a scam when it comes to Thinkpad batteries. I called Lenovo after buying a new $3000 Thinkpad computer a little over one year ago. Ever since I purchased the computer the batteries have been charging less and less. Finally, both Lenovo batteries died so I called Lenovo support to get them replaced. I bought a rebuilt engine from US Engines and paid to have them install it. Total cost about $7000. It took longer than expected. When I put it in the water, the engine sounded normal at idle. When I increased the throttle to 1500 RPMs, it started making a funny sound and it had no power. My complaint is with the Krystals Restaurant of Decherd, TN.
