I have tried for months to cancel my order for hydro lab products with no avail. I DID once get to speak to a warm body and was assured the billing would stop. I have since then been billed twice $85.85 and have never received any product other than the sample. I had to destroy my debit card and get a whole new one to be assured per my bank to get this to stop. I have been given a number by my bank to call to dispute the charges, and I intend to! 866-674-0156 has left at least 15 calls a week on my cell phone. but won't leave messages. I called the above number and asked why they're calling. They say they're looking for a Steven Cook. I told them my number belongs to me and I don't know any Steven Cook. I asked them politely to take my cell which is 310-503-5549, off their calling list. Calls are still continuing at an increasing rate. Someone has obviously given my a random number, which happens to be mine, to avoid collection calls. Thank you for any assistance. In January of 2009 I ordered what was advertised as a complete Love Boat Collection featuring all episodes of the series in correct chronological order. I placed this order with TVMania.com. posted several charges to my bank card without autorization, after calling phone numbers listed with the charges was not able to resolve, continued to first state I would need to contact my bank because they could not find an account with my name, then they stated I called and authorized order. In the fine print on their contract they do say that this will not work for everyone. When it does not work it can leave you in worse shape than when you started treatment, and I am one of those people. Not one phone call has been returned and the only thing that they have done is re-send the contract by mail. Dr. MacKenzie and his staff just simply ignore your complaints, and yet they consider themselves health professionals. If anyone is considering a class action suit I would gladly join in. My daughter and I go for ice-cream every friday after school. This new A&W/Long john Silvers opened and we tried it out. The polar swirl pictures looked so good we ordered an M&M and an Oreo swirl. When he handed us our swirls they were one pint for 2.79 each! I spent almost 6.00 on two little cups of ice-cream!!! I talked to the manager and he told us that that was the size. Don't get cheated by a dealer who doesn't care!!! Sold my old boat (Ranger) through MW Marine of Hales Corners, WI and bought a brand new Ranger 519 from them. They have done what limited work the boat has needed in the past. Last fall, I wrecked my lower unit. While it was covered under insurance, insurance would only pay for an aftermarket gearcase. They sold me a warranty for $1, 445.00 ... at $349 down and 12 pmts of $91.33. The salesman (Zack) told me that the warranty covers pretty much everything and proceeded to name off a few things. I asked what the warranty didn't cover and he told me the only thing it didn't cover was normal maintenance of the vehicle. To me that means the AC is covered. But when my AC broke... They refused to honor their warranty stating that it didn't cover the AC. I have also recently been the victim of a scam involving a company called Tele circuit/USBI. My phone company is AT&T and handle all my telephone communications needs with AT and T. Somehow, Tele Circuit hijacked my phone service so to speak, and is charging me for calls that I would have to pay any per minute charge for with my AT and T calling plans. Don't buy out to the story of that mom from your town who had yellow teeth and then found 2 teeth whitening products that were practically free besides the s and h charges. This advertisement is a scam. The catch is that your free trial lasts for 14 days from when you ordered the products, after that you are charged like $80-something dollars plus $4.99 shipping from both products. IQ data place a collection on my account over 2 years ago. I was never contacted or notified in anyway. The debt was not owed. The apartment community was paid in full and given a security deposit. Neither the aparment community or IQ Date ever made one attempt to notify me. I left forwarding information with the aparment community. Americas servicing company has kept me at bay after THREE files have been submitted for modification. I filed a request in August, again in November, and again in Februauy. This company is a joke. A year ago I signed up for their services for a one year membership. They called my phone last week to tell me my one year was up and that they were renewing my membership for me and charging my visa $298.00. After signing up for access to advertise for Google, no usable infromation was provided and a couple weeks later a deduction of $69.90 was made from my account. After calling DRI or corporate office (as the operator said) I was forwarded to some unhelpful call center where they said did you cancel within the trial period? Since this was not the case they said "we'll meet you half way on the reimbursement". If this happens to a few thousand people, getting $34.95 from each one could be quite profitable. I ordered the free trial sample of Acai Advanced and, unfortunately, didn't read the fine print and was charged $64.95 for a "free 30-day trial" sample that was to have been cancelled after 15 days in order to avoid a charge for the product. Took $33.98 out of my bank account without my authorization. Now why would I allow that if I was trying to get cash so I wouldn't be overdrawn, which I am now thanks to Last Chance cash - Id Theft. So instead of helping me out they cost me $33.98 for the ID Theft I didn't authorize and the $35.00 overdraft charge from my bank. My husband gave Silverleaf Resorts a check for $15, 000 to buy the deed for the ownership rights outright, rather than pay monthly payments. I ordered a free offer of ResV-Ultra MFT on 04/21/2009. I received another order of ResV-Ultra MFT on 05/14/2009 without authorizing this and was charged for it. On 05/15/2009, I called the 800 number twice. The first call I was waiting for 29 minutes and no representative answered my call. The second call I waited five minutes and hung up. Why are they still using trans fats in their products? even if it is just 0.5%, it is still too much. it never leaves your body! And it keeps building up over time. I know people who have had to have sugery do to clogged arteries, trans -fats played a big part in that. There are still some Campbell's products that have this ingriedient...
