I called sears home repair for my lawn mower blade not turning. Mower needed a belt. I was charged $250.63 for a job that took 5 min. I called sears and reported that I felt a 200 labor cost for a 5 min job was outragious. The customer service guy that I talked to agreed with me and went on to tell me that they were offering belt change, blade change, and oil change for $169.00. And I was charged $250 for just a belt!!! I was given a number to call. I called of course they were no help to me, they were employed by sears. The laptop that i purchached on a my meg 250 package in april 2009 was advertised with features 2048 mb memory and 250 gig hard drive, but the laptop i recieved only had a 1024mb memory and a 120 gig hard drive. I just received a letter from my bank notifying me that I had an overdraft charge of $31 and needed to bring my account to a positive balance. I was VERY confused as I am not using this account and was planning to close it this week. When I got online and looked, there is a $20 charge (when there was only $4.52 in my account) from TWX Entertainment. I have NO IDEA what this is from and plan to dispute these charges immediately.
