I bought a pair of black casual easyspirit ladies work shoes for comfort at work and after about one month of wearing them 3 times a week the sole split open. I was charged $1.97 on 3/30/09 for a work at home scheme to supply Google links. I was supposed to get an email giving me information which never came. My checking account was then debited another $72.21 on 4/6/09 which was unauthorized. I have reported this to my bank as fraud and I need help in making sure this fraud is not repeated. Being cautious of moving companies I checked several before settling on Royal. The agent came out and explained all the costs and gave me a fair estimate and even personally boxed a thick glass shelf for me. I had a GE Money bank Paypal credit card for 1 year. All went well, I paid on time and even paid the account off in full 3 times (proving I have the ability to do so). This company lures you into presentations. Anything from Viewing timeshares/vacation properties to vacuum cleaners. Pure and simple...beware!!! They have impossible rules/guidelines to follow when booking your vacations and absolutely insane wait times when calling with any question. Over 20 minutes most of the time. I was contacted by Jasmine Kohl in July 2008. She said she had a buyer for our Orlando Grand Vista timeshare. I agreed to list with her having spoken with her manager Mr. John Hamilton and also Mr. Thomas in the legal department. cyberlink, maker of powerdvd, is not among the worst in customer support. they are the WORST. after installing the software it would not run on my pc. it gave a blank error message.
