I am an unhappy customer of this company, Flow Images. The owner Mark is a very good SALES person. He says anything you want to hear when you're about to sign up but when the time comes, he said it's not in the contract - so make sure it's written down! I have tried to reach this company with the phone number provided (1-954-237-2690) to cancel my membership. They stated the membership bill would not take place until 14 days after I received the product. They billed me 5 days after I recieved the product, so I called to speak with a customer rep. Spectrotel contacted me by phone and offered to beat whatever I was paying for my current phone service. I agreed to switch over to their company once we came to an agreement of how much I would pay for the service. They have a 3rd party Verification, and they repeat those prices, and then its over and you are done- you now have Spectrotel. The report was extremely inaccurate and in addition I had to supply my credit card number.
