I too fell victim to the online ad last month. Read the customer blog and ordered a bottle of the Acai Berry and one bottl of Bromolite from 2 different sites for FREE (supposidely) - just pay shipping and handling. I was veru careful to read the fine print and said no to any extra offers. I received my Acai Berry within a week - and the Bromolite within a week and a half. After traveling in Italy by rental car in March 2008 I have now received 2 traffic tickets (8 months and 10 months later) stating I drove in "unauthorized" areas. Blizzard may put out great games, but they have a lot to learn about customer service. Having purchased the World of Warcraft game to upgrade my trial account, I also set up a Paypal account to allow me to continue my subscription. Blizzard advertises that you can use Paypal if you live in North America. This works for me as I don't and won't use credit cards (Why pay a mint to rent other people's money?). I recieved a cell phone that I had bought from him and it did not work at all. So I contacted him about it and he told me to send it back and he would send me another. I did so and recieved another phone a few weeks later. I was not satisfied with the product so I contacted him via ebay and he gave me the address to send it back so I could get my refund. Our roof was installed only 3 years by Jenkins Roofing yet we've experienced recurring leaks. The warranty is for 10 years but you have to chase down these people to honor their warranties. This is a horrible company. Stay away!! I just got a $25 charge on my credit card for a dvd that I reported lost back a year ago with this DVDbarn.
