Received broken new, but badly damaged taillight for my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Emailed Doctor Auto Part -recieved no response over 2 day wait. Called their 1-800 number twice only to be told to leave a message - no returned calls. Their website says all packages received damaged have to have claims filed with the carrier - FedEx says that the shipper must file a "waiver" in order for them to file a claim for the recipient. NEVER BUY ANYTHING DLINK! Be careful with these guys. I have had two issues with Divineo the last month that required me to deal with customer service. They reply to my emails very quickly but really don't help (might as well be an auto responder for all they are worth.) More recently I placed an order consisting of many items, and was fully expecting it to follow the same pattern. I was online looking for coupons and got on one of those sites where they have tons of advertisements that you have to select no on. I did check the Green Tea FIT because it said free trial.
