I am a associate at dollar general we had recieved a new store manager and she treats us like crap. She had told a perspecting employee that she was going to come to our store and clean house. well on her first day she said my deposit was wrong would not let me recount it. and then i had to a statemant with the dm he made me rewrite the statemant because it had her name on it. and then she told another manager to be mean to a associate so they would quit. and she is trying to get her old assistant manager over but he can not come over till there is a opening and we had never had money problems till she came. read full review »

Customer service at DirectDial.com is terrible. They will not get back to you and really provide no helpful service. So if you run into any problems with your purchase, good luck!! You are pretty much left to fix things on your own. DirectDial.com has no return policy, they would not let me exchange an item I had not used yet! Informed over a week after I had placed my order that the product was no longer in stock. After asking to subsititute a similar product, I was then told they were out of stock with that also. Just because it has Canada in its name does not mean it is a trustworthy company. Beyond a doubt the worst company I have ever dealt with. Not only do they take your money quickly without finishing the order, when you try to cancel it they cannot be reached. Very poor service. Does not answer phones and cannot prove that product shipped after six business days. Has excuses for everything but they sound fishy. Below is a copy of the dialog after 2 other attempts for confirmation. As you can see below, rather than resolve my issues about knowing the status and tracking numbers of the order they cancelled it. I booked through Orbitz. Paid in advance and got details of charges. Stay there once or twice a year and previously have had no problems. Recently on checkout noticed a daily parking fee fo $15 charged to my bill. All efforts to get this removed failed. it wassnot on the chargge when booked nor any mention of it in details from Orbitz. I ordered and paid for bath salts and soap in bulk in mid December 2008 for holiday gifts from The Soap Guy. The bath salts came -- nothing special -- no paper work - no information about the rest of my order. In January, I sent an email to the soap guy email and I received a short reply: "It was shipped Monday. On 2/5/09 I came accross a Company named Easyfortune500. It was in one of my e-mails. I decided to read this and it offered a home job for only $1.96 to get started. Then once you pay the $1.96 fee it takes you to another webpage explaining how this all works and after 7 days you are charged automaticaly $75.00 from your checking or charge card account. It states you can cancel within the 7 days. I tried to cancel using the e-mail provided it is [email protected], This comes back as non-exist account. So one is not able to cancel. I placed an order with digitgo for canon bci24 ink cartridges. When the ink arrived, it some of it had leaked out of the cartridges and the rest of them had dried up. I immediately contacted them for replacements. They responded quickly with a RMA and I sent them back with delivery confirmation for tracking purposes. However, their online ordering system doesn't allow for codes or discounts. The the order completed before I was aware that I wouldn't be able to enter the discount. Where to start ... I placed an order for a Panasonic Lumix FZ-20 on 2-17-05 (Thursday) around 4pm. Digitally Unique is unique alright. This store sucks shop there at your own risk. If you have a problem you will be on your own. I returned a camera, so far, I've never received my refund going on three months now. They say they didn't get the return. The post office says they did. Frustrating experience ordering and returning a product to this company. I purchased a white ergo keyboard for my Mac and instead received a black PC keyboard. The part numbers are mostly different and it's not easy to confuse one for the other. It has been 6 weeks since I placed my order and I still have not received the full order. I have sent multiple emails to them, including one to cancel the order, and have received no replies. They list no phone number to call for assistance, emails only, which they ignore. I highly suggest avoiding them at all cost. Following day a sales verification form and tracking number was given. CEVA, the shipper made no pickups from them, and the trace number was bogus per CEVA. My wife bought me a watch winder and the on-line description was not clear as to how it operates. It turns out their model is not compatible with my brand of automatic watch. It was returned with all boxes, instructions, plastic wrap, etc., in other words in perfect condition. Digital Foto Club is not an authorized Kalorik dealer. The item shipped to me was defective out of the box and they would not allow it to be returned to them for a replacement. Kalorik has been unable to process the warranty replacement in the 30 days since the item was returned to them. Do not purchase Kalorik products from this store. Ordered 2 DVDs from this store in early last October. I was told they shipped them two days later, but I never received anything. They also never answered any of my emails. The next thing I know, I received an email from "Sam", subject "stock" stating my order is cancelled because it is out of stock. Purchased a htpc style computer case, case was defective, digital connection refused to refund my money. In addition the case i purchased has a design flaw where the 3.5" drive cage can come into contact with the video card, and it fried my $405 video card. Digital connection was aware of this cases propensity to ruin video cards, however they never warned their customers about this. Digital connections was very uncooperative, refusing to authorize a return for the case or help me deal with the manufacturer about the ruined video card.
