I received and paid in full for upper dentures in 11/08 at a cost of $1, 400.00. The dentist was Dr. Sarah Pless. I've worn them for a total of 5 hours. I've returned to have them adjusted 3-4 times. I've since called, during business hours, at least 4 times and left messages with Dr. Pless that these dentures will never fit (they feel like I'm having roofing nails hammered into my upper jaw.), and some sort of compromise must be reached. We were booked into the hotel for two nights as my son had to have surgery at a nearby hospital. My son became unwell so the surgery was cancelled and we needed to return home as the surgery was rescheduled to a later date, we live in western NSW and it is a 5 hour trip to travel to Sydney and it is expensive and I did not want my Son to be sick at a hotel, he is only 16 mths old and I wanted to get him home to recover ready for our next trip in 2 weeks for his surgery. Dr Vadecha treated my child in two visits, one to place the braces on thn the next was for a follow up. On the follow up visit he stated he thougt my son needed to have four teeth extracted, after the visit before he said he could treat him without extractions. This apartment management company tells lies to everyone. When I signed my lease agreement I was told I would spend about $40 in utilities which paid water, sewer, and trash.
