We purchased a GAP policy with a local dealership for a 2006 Ford Focus. The vehicle was totaled in DEC 08. There was an extension on the vehicle for a month but that was it. Based on their policy of using an amortization calcuator and utilizing the lowest of the payment history versus what the bank paid off. Their policy is to utilize the lesser of the two. I received a 6.7 fl. oz. tube of ckin2u skin moisturizer for Christmas and find that it smells like no other ckin2u skin moisturizer that I have used in the past. The company maintained the property - In Oct 2007 a call was put in to them to stop all services to the property. In May 2008, we received a bill for a fall cleanup that was done in January 2008. I have called numerous times trying to get a RMA to return my free trial that I no longer want and every time I do I am put on hold for about 5 minutes then they hang up on me. there is no way to e-mail them to get the RMA and they do not answer the phone to give it to me. I was robbed in the room while I was sleeping between 3 am - 5 am. Somebody open my room by hotel key card, find my purse and steal the cash from the wallet, credit cards, gift cards, digital camera with all photos that we took in the past.
