This is without a doubt the most horrible product on the market today, the size they sent me was so small I could not even get my leg into it and I only weigh 150 Lbs. By the time someone get's the product and then sends it back the 30 days has gone by and "WALLA" they have your product and refuse to credit your card . Hi, My credit card was charged with the charges from customersupporthelp.com. I never made any purchase, infact the days those transactions were made i wasn't even home. On my credit card history it says that on 4th and 5 th i made those purchase and on those both days i wasn't home and was even on internet. Realy pissed off right now. Purchased an Arrow Shed Build-It-Yourself Special Order Building from the Home Depot store. The model I purchased is the 1431, it is 14 feet wide by 31 feet long, with standard Wayne-Dalton roll-up garage door, to store a boat. 1) I agree with the other complaints regarding delivery charges and that they seem to be a monopoly in gas distribution. 2) Does anyone get ticked off with their web site? With all the money they are charging, why can't they come up with a website with a customer login where you can track your bills, bill history for at least the last couple of years. I purchased Nero 7 a while back as a direct download form their site. I thought I was updating the program, when instead it tried to upgrade which entailed erasing my program. I sent the company emails requesting another download. I provided them with my license code. I have been trying to get a refund that is owed to me from a tv warranty. the store manager has faxed the warranty dept. twice to process my refund and the warranty dept refused to answer my repeated phone calls or reply to the store request. The 2003 Ford Taurus that I bought almost 3 years ago had a spring suddenly snap (break) causing the tire to be punctured on the front drivers side of the vehicle. I have had 3 mechanics tell me that this is a common problem on the Ford Taurus. My car is unsafe to drive now and sits parked in front of my residence. The cost of the repairs (replacing both springs and the struts) along with the wheel alignment is just over $1400.00. When I was quoted for my move they said they assured me that if my belongings were insured for damages, . Insurance was covered under the fee charged for moving. I received my dinning room broken and pieces missing. After several e-mail and phone calls to make an insurance claim to cover the damages, they did nothing . I purchased an Alltel family circle plan and 4 cell phones from Letstalk.com in early Dec. 2008. The Letstalk website, and the receipts I received from them, all indicated that the Activation charge was FREE. However, when I got my first bill from Alltel, it included a $25 activation fee for each phone.
