I brought my car in to get the brakes fixed 6 months ago. Brakes continue to squeal despite 3 attempts to fix it over 5 months. After 3 attempts it keeps getting worse. My car now makes a constant high pitch squeal out of the front right only when not using the brakes, just so when I brake a different louder squeal comes out. I got my money back, but now im stuck with a car in worse condition than what i brought it in for. NEVER LET ANYONE AT THE FIRESTONE ON HIGHWAY 50 (EAST COLONIAL) BY THE FASHION SQAURE MALL TOUCH YOUR CAR. This company steal your identity to take money from your checking account. They say you applied for something online and gave them permission to steal your money. Just purchased 4 GE Profile appliances from Crate & Home. Well designed website, competivive prices on all items and much better pricing on 3 of the 4 versus home depot or lowes, plus free shipping. Order was confirmed right away and a representative from Crate & Home called me to say when shipment would take place and that the driver would call me the day before with delivery time, which they did. Where to begin? First, it's my fault for not checking out this fraudulent company from the start on ResellerRatings. I ordered some UV paint and some UV additive for my water-cooling set-up for a total of about $50.00. I received an email from them that they got my order and it said that they were busy during the holidays, and to please be patient. The holiday they were talking about was CHRISTMAS!!! I ordered my ION PC from their site, www.thelinuxstore.com, on 05July1999 and they charged my Visa on 08July1999. They did not ship the PC until 20July1999. This is a big NO-NO. Visa rules require that they do not charge a card until they ship the product.
The excuse I was given by Randy was they were swamped with orders and wanted to make sure the PC worked before shipping. When it arrived ~27July1999, it had several problems:

A group of friends came with me on a Saturday night to get a lane for bowling. While I was talking with the receptionist at the main desk, the employee who I was talking to, turned around and answered the phone. This was done without saying anythig along the lines of "Please hole, " "I need to get this, " or anything else to inform me that the phone was more important than the customer at the desk. Easy Saver charged me for 4 months before i noticed the money missing. It took me an hr to find out who did it. Call 18003551837 to get customer support since they dont have a website or any info online AT ALL!!! Tell them you want it canceled and your money back. I have these charges on my bill that I did not authorize. I have e-mail and long distance thru AT&T. When I called they gave me the run around. Then I called another company(charges on same bill) by the name of ILD Teleservices @1-800433-4518 and 1-800-917-9469. THE SAME PERSON ANSWERED ALL 3 LINES. THE TOTAL AMOUNT THEY ARE TRYING TO CHARGE ME IN: 13.79 and 34.70, a total of $48.19.

I was very worry to order a plasma TV from a online store. After doing a lot of research, I decided to get my Pioneer PDP5050HD from CozaInc. They are authorized dealer, so, Pioneer will cover the warranty. They also offer the lowest price (as an authorized dealer) and good trasaction. I called more than 10 stores to check for the price. I won $300 through Dube Car Dealership to Hess gas stations and have yet to get reimburssed $25 for each month of receipts I have sent in to FreeBeeGas. This is outrageous. I paid $130 for a pair of guaranteed authentic UGG boots. Upon arrival, it was obvious that they were fake. There is a link in their website to return a product, but when you try to access it, SURPRISE!, it doesn't work.
I had communication with the seller for awhile until the "Chinese New Year" when he magically disappeared. My son is an attorney and even drafted a letter to them. I get no responses. I have tried everything. PayPal Plus credit card does nothing unless you don't get your merchandise.

I rented a house from Hometown Realty. When I moved out they charged me for damages to the property that were there when I moved in. I wrote the things were wrong on the move in/out sheet when I first rented it. During my lease they were charging me for any repairs needed in the house. In August of 2008 we purchased two pure-bred Spanish Water dogs from this breeder. We asked her about the parents health, and were assured that they were healthy and had no hip or eye problems. They talked me into their phone service. The service was poor and they billed more than advertised. Quit their phone service after 5 months but still had billing problems. I always paid what I agreed to but billing was always off. After months of trying to work out with long phone calls, they agreed to a fair credit for past billing errors. A month later the billing was still wrong. I called again and they indicated they changes their mind and removed the credit. Can they do that? read full review »

I participated in the scam that Nutro was running early last year (2008). It stated on the rebate that you would be reimbursed for the cost of a bag of cat food, less taxes. Fine. I bought 6 bags on the same receipt, and redeemed them from my home, my sister's, various friend's and my mother's. It said one per name, household, or address. Went to school next day, explained situation to Director, she insisted I dis enroll as, "..situation of missing any school days the first 12 weeks is critical to their scheduling and it would be best for the school iof I dis enroll promptly".

After reading this complaint board, I realize that I am only one of many who fell victim to Eden Cosmetics scam to swindle money from unsuspecting individuals. My story is the same as most everyone else's. I made the phone call to the company after finding the charge on my bank account only to be told they would not refund my money. They do not let you get refunded or let you speak to a manager. Wonder why!
