Just got charged on my card 12.95 for a credit monitoring service I never applied for. I saw a MNI credit monitoring svc on my statement and didn't even know I applied for that service. I'm going to file a complaint with the Pennsylvania state attornery generals office ASAP and put a stop payment on my card so they can't take any more money from me. After several days of shipping delay the company shipped my order without the city or state entered on the address. Needless to say I never got it. I made several calls to find out where the product was and after about 3 weeks called to cancel the order at which time they told me that they had received it back (about a week ago now) because they forgot the address. They never called or emailed to tell me that they had received it back. The latest position with my Jag is the car is to be towed from Harrogate (breakdown area) to Stratstone (Preston Hall). Stratstone are preparing quotes on my behalf to hand the car over as scrap. The outcome is that I purchased warranty from Stratstone to cover for 100, 000 miles and the car failed at 40, 000. A £13k car purchased 18 months ago is now valued at near zero cost. The shipping was very fast almost next day via USPS. I went to install the new OS and there is a problem with the CD, it is defective because it cannot finish the OS install. Bought a refurbished Compaq Deskpro. Tried to boot it up 2 days ago, and got an error message saying Himem.sys was missing or corrupt. Called CR in Peoria, IL and spoke with 2 reps. They both told me I need to run the Restore disk that was included with the PC. I asked if this would just restore my registry and one of the reps said yes. Loaded the restore disk in the CD Rom drive and it immediately started running a "ghost" of the original hard drive, wipeing out my entire drive. I always enjoy purchasing from Computer Gate. Don't come to browse though, they don't show images when listing items and browsing becomes a very boring activity. The Sails Group, which is supposed to be a non-profit, is a very corrupt company. Many of the employees who work here or have worked here are not getting paid. Several employees are consistently missing more than half of their paycheck amounts yet they continue to come into work for fear of termination. I have just recently filed my taxes and was looking over statements and have noticed actually two companies withdrawing from my checking account and I believe it happened when I signed up for a free credit report. One which is called PMIdentity and the other is AP*9 yoursavingsclub.com. PMIdentity has been taking out $29.95 a month since July of last year and it is now February. I have been getting a $15.25 charge on my phone bill every month for 6 months for a SURVIVAL KIT-SBO ONLINE. The charge is billed on my AT&T phone bill. The charge is billed through Enhanced Billing Services (EBS). They said we signed up via the internet for "additional health insurance" in July 2007.
