Me and my partner bought a Sumsung LCD 3 months ago. When we first brought it home and unpacked it the plastic around the tv was distorted and melted looking, we returned it and got another. On 1/24/2009 I emailed Customer Support (like the website suggested) to cancel my membership. I told the doctor of my family history of reye syndrome and that I was allergic to aspirin on my vist to the doctor for a sore throat. The dotcor prescribed me diclofenac for the sore throat. I picked up the prescription and noticed that the bottle had an aspirin warning that said do not take if you have aspirin allergy. So, when I got home I searched google for diclofenac and reye syndrome and found several cases of diclofenac inducing reye syndrome. I ordered an LG phone from cellular-blowout about 2 weeks before Christmas with 2-day shipping. But, because they did not deliver the product in time, I cancelled the order and requested refund. However, I still have not gotten my refund. No refund. I have sumitted several complaints to their agents via their message board (They do not have any contact phone numbers that I can find), but, after 6 weeks, I still have not received anything back from them. I have received another bill in the mail, from Charles Martin for Playboy. Stating there going to turn us over to collections, if we don't pay the balance of $15.96 on Magazines, we never have received. There is no telephone number on this bill, so your not able to contact anyone, to stop collections. We are not paying for a Magazine we did not receive or Subscribe to. We bought three piece leather set (sofa, loveseat and chair). We were offered Boxing weekend prices. After delivery to our home, we have noticed that items were delivered unwrapped and realized that chair was the one at the store as the display item which was offered to us for deep discounted price while making the purchase. Both products were sent to me and I opened one to see what it was and immediately call the number on the bottle to tell them that they were not mine and I did not order them. I am very annoyed about the delay in the relase date for the sims 3, I have made a countdown for 20th of february and prepared my computer for the game by deleting files and creating space. I found an $11.99 charge on my bank account. When I called the company they told me that I had signed up for their service when making an order on 1800flowers.com. I am positive that I never signed up for this service. I demanded a refund and that the service be canceled or I would file a fraud report with the police.
