Very bad experiance with this photographer. My friends big day was almost ruined. The photographer is rude, she was overbearing to the extent of pushing people out of the way and upsetting guests. As well as other things the photographer then posted these private moments all over the internet despite an agreement that these pictures were personal and therefore could not be used for commercial use. Dawn Marie or Platinum Mini Bulldogs is very unorganized. She will e-mail you picture after picture after picture until you leave your deposit...thats when the pictures stop. Once they get your money, she could really care less if you get a puppy or not. It seems like more frequent than not, another litter didnt make it. So then you wait and wait and wait some more. She has been hard to get a hold of at times for a week plus at a time. To me this is very unprofessional. Her excuses were family issues, but to me, you shouldnt ignore your customers, you should get someone else to take over. Insane how bad this company is. I bought a couch and leather ottoman from Boston Interiors(no problem with the furniture) but I bought the warranty for the ottoman b/c I figured that things happen to leather and people would have their feet on it all the time. The quality of their drop card is horrible. It looks as they printed it on a desktop inkjet printer. They are cheaper than most other places, but the drop cards make a bad first impression. i contacted them to resolve or replace the drop cards, byt they have never replied. I just reviewed my bank statement and saw a charge on there for 29.99. I looking a little closer at the charge I could not figure out what it was for. I also noticed that the charge was used under my debit card. This card has not been used in over 6 months. How they got my name and card number is beyond me. I have to wait now to try and talk with them on Monday and I will have to wait until Tuesday to talk with my bank since Monday is a holiday.
