I had witnessed a young couple being harassed by an employee from Southside Towing. The employee had called the young man racial slurs and inappropriate words. I also learned that the young woman had missing articles after she had retrieved her car. She was missing a pair of leather gloves and a leather jacket. My wife takes care of all the bills and never ask me who TLG was. I found out that my wife has been paying TLG under 3 different names: TLG " GREAT FUN", TLG " COMPLETE HOMEOWNER" and TLG " "Travel Advantage" at $11.99 each per month ($35.97 per month all three at $11.99 each x 3) since April 2008! This is not a complaint, but a Suggestion. If you have ordered any of these products on a "free trial" offer, Cancel your debit/credit card IMMEDIATELY! This is the only way I have found to stop the charges. Calling and e-mailing the company to cancel order and stop the charges simply does not work (not even with a confirmation number). I received the information, completed the information requested and sent a check for $5.00 for a coupon book. Needless to say, I never received the coupon book but they cashed the check. The BP gas station on Concord Pike, across from Charcoal Pit, needs new pumps. It is so frustrating to enter and get out of the car, open the gas door, put in the credit card and find that it says to See Cashier. So you trump inside and the attendant says "try another pump."
