I placed an order with famouswears.com on December 13, 2008 and was told by email, I would receive my order in 10-12 business days. I received a order form with an order number, but as of January 7, 2009 no order. These People are nothing but a rip off. I have emailed them and no response what so ever. I do our office bills pay. My boss review the charges from our AT&T charge for last month and noticed there are more. I contacted Union Auto Body for them to paint a Brand New front bumper for my Mitsubishi Eclipse. the bumper came primed and sanded, pretty much all these guys had to do was spray it and clear coat it, tops it might have take 2-3 hours, I get the quote back through email for $400 dollars!!! I cracked the LCD screen on My 30GB Zune this is not covered by warranty so You have to choose someone else to repair and pay out of pocket OK. Found all Zune Repair on the net and they where showing up all over the place including ebay so they seemed legit. I prepayed for replacement screen and sent it in.That was Sept 5th of 2008. Somehow they managed to access my account and charge it $9.95 for three months (Nov 10, Dec 8, 2008 and Jan 8, 2009) before I caught up with them. They claim that I agreed to a $10. discount through some e-mail (they used an old e-mail: [email protected], which is no longer what I use. I have been using [email protected] for over a year). Last year I had this company install window blinds. I attempted to open them eight months later and they wouldn't open. I call the company prior to Thanksgiving and they assured me that they would be fixed as the product was only eigth months old. I remember when my association quarterly was about $200.00, now its about $383.00 and keeps on rising!!!. its crazy, now the company its saying they are going bankrupt, and each homeowner must pay 200.00 extra with the the homeowners bill for them to continue doing nothing. This is in regards to a PDA I bought through DELL, (retail $642.00) less than two months ago. Based on conversations with the latter I was informed that their return warranty had expired therefore; I was redirected to the manufacturer. Avoid these people at all costs. This internet and especially EBay seller is a nasty piece of work. Just check their negative feedback on Ebay: 60+ complaints in the last month, nearly 500 in the last year. Many are for nonreceipt of merchandise which is the problem I had with them. I just bought a brand new townhome this is fanatic, but Verizon spoils the party, if you are someone doesn’t need, or want to pay $40 to $50 dollars for super-fast internet. Verizon seems to force you to buy fios, because if you have a new home, with fiber-optics, you can no longer have high-speed or DSL from Verizon. I purchased a Camera last December and have returned 5 times for the same Lens Error. I get the same reply every time We could not observe any malfunction. NWA lost my daughters luggage in Detroit and despite finding it, failed to deliver it in a timely manner. In spite of repeated phone calls to customer service providing all the requested information and guarantees that the bag would be delivered promptly, she has not been contacted about delivery which was supposed to occour today. The suitcase has perishables of which they were notified. NWA staff are the most incompetent on the planet. NWA customer service is obnoxious.
