Mike Lampe- owner of The Real Estate Center in St. Thomas USVI- rented us a boat slip at Sapphire Marina for the month of May 2006. He did not vacate the slip until the middle of May. During that time the new slip manager called us and said we could not move our boat in due to the fact that Mike Lampe was several months past due on his slip rental. I would never use this compay for any plumbing problem! The are the cheapest in town becuase they are the sloppiest in town. We prchaged one 1.6 T Split A.C on 1st. April2008, which was fitted on 3rd. April. Since then we find the colling is too poor and room temperature never goes bellow 26/27 degree celcious. Our worst buy ever has been the pasture vacuum made by Greystone USA of Las Vegas. We bought one (the larger Maxi Vac and mostly made in the USA). We think it is poorly made with numerous design flaws. I had service and cancelled with Excel over a year ago. Out of the blue I now have charges on my bill for long distance that I never activated. When I called they kept saying I had active service with them. When I asked who activated it and when it was activated all they can say was I activated it. They have absolutely NO back records of my previous plan. Overall this experience and my last was that they have horrible customer service. My whole family has cancelled service with them. I have been leasing gm cars for over 10 years. My recent lease is costing me way too much. I owned a 2003 s-10 sport, the sales person talked me into leasing a gmc pickup and giving them my truck 3 years ago. The truck I gave them was worth over 10.000.00 and I ended up turning that in for a cobalt. I ended up with a 283.00 payment which is very hard for me to make. Can anything be done to help me. I have rented a cottage on a farm (Lot62017 Emerald Hill and when I looked at the cottage I noticed that windows were broken and the bath door was being eaten by termites.
