I bought a Sleep Number bed 4 yrs ago (the dual control type). I have requested help four times concerning Popups and I keep getting advise that I have followed over and over without results. I am advised to enable the Popup Blocker and set it on high, which I do but I still have those annoying popups. Wildblue is a nightmare. We've upgraded the package for speed, but remain the same only to pay more money each month. Now Wildblue no longer supports Outlook even though they say they do. It's a lie. I've entered and re-entered the parameters to setup Outlook and nothing. I used to be a systems admin and I know it does not work. Outlook is easy to set up with any pop email account. Bank offers investing services through CUNA, however the investing representative left the position 8 months ago and we have yet to receive notification that there is no one in-house monitoring the accounts. An e-mail has been sent regarding the matter with no response for weeks. As a small and "late in years" investor a substantial amount of money was lost in in a 7-month time frame from a class A bond.
