We bought this mattress on 4/25/07. We spent most of the summer in our vacation home in Ocean City. Even so, this past Fall we noticed not small, but large indentations (lumps) in the mattress. I purchased 4 all season tires from Canadian Tire and paid to have them installed. After a week I noticed a bulge in one of the tires so I took it back to be replaced. They told me that it is no problem to replace the tire since it was obviously defective. Once they were done with replacing the tire I was told the cost is $32.00 for labour to replace the tire. I argued that I already paid for that...but all this was to no avail. Unbeliveable bad customer service...I took my car to the Canadian Tire in Bolton for a rattling sound, they charge be $83.00 to determine what the problem was. I was called later in the night to advise me of the cost to fix, and I agreed based on the cost that I was quoted. Next day I went to pick up my car the cost was $798.00. I told them that it was not the amount I agreed to. Bought the Sony DSC-T300 Digital Camera from Best Buy upon recommendation from the sales associate. When I got home we took pictures. After we downloaded the images into the computer we discovered the images were grainy and "softer". A bill showed up on our Verizon Telephone bill at home in Massachusetts for a total of $7.50 for a 10-15-15-800 call to a telephone information service that we never used. It was for $5.49 plus tax and carrier admin. fee. We never made that call. I called OAN and they said it would take up to 2 months to credit my account to correct for the discrepancy. In Mar 2006 we purchased a Simmons Beautyrest mattress, having had nothing but praise for the one we have in our guest room (an earlier model). We picked a plush top Kaitlyn ($900 plus tax) and have had nothing but problems with it. It developed craters where my husband and I lay, even though we turned the mattress as instructed. In November & December of 2007 I ordered merchandise online from Best Buy.com. I found better merchandise @ a cheaper price. When UPS pulled into my driveway told him to take it back. I refused all merchandise from Best Buy. Now they are charging me a $20 restocking fee and worse they have put finance charges on top of this. Bought a Kenmore Washer 5 months ago. Washer broke down. I called and scheduled service with Sears and even told Sears what I believed the problem was.
