I bought a 2006 Kia from them and I did love the love the sportage but they told me it had air and showed me how to work it, turned out that it just blew cold air because it was cold outside. They said they would fix it and put air in it but that never happen, finally said it couldn't be done and would trade it for anoter car same price went there then said they couldn't do that either. I finally went somewhere else and bought me a new Honda CRV which is close the the Kia Sportage, and took the Kia back and handed them the keys. I have been trying to get a loan since Dec.2007. My interest rate has been increased to 27.99% because of errors that occurred when the post office decided to reroute my mail back to my old address. I made the payment and it arrived to them 2 days late, so they decided to increase the interest rate. I saw the Frontline show on how these credit card companies want you to fail in your payments to them. It gets even better, I was paying one month in advance and they didn't even recognize my payments that I was making. We got one of these Brewmasters and we really love it. The idea that you dont have to fool around with a glass carafe is nice. However, we have noticed that the coffee seems to taste plasticky..when the coffee brews, it sits in a plastic bucket until its dispensed. I do not know if thats the reason coffee tastes funny, or if it picks up the plastic taste from the container the water is poured in to...we use bagged coffee, so its not picking up taste from a plastic can...we are just so disappointed with this, as the coffee maker is really cool.
