This school uses bait and switch tactics to get students too transferred to the school making fake promises. They tell student they guarantee a full transfer of their credit because their program is of 180 credits. They lie and ask you to get the full amount of loans. In the beginning of January, Google advertised an online money-making program. In which they would send a cd, I paid for the postage and handling and receive the cd, but decided not to get into it because when I went to their website I found that other people were being ripped off for $49.95. I sent an email and called them and told them I didn't want the program. I also called my credit card company and told them not to charge my card for this program. A representative came to my house and told me I would save on my gas bill. I recently recieved my bill from DTE energy and before, I was paying about 40.00 a monthly in gas and now I am paying 85-90.00 each month. DTE gas is at 1.005 and Universals is at 1.049, which is extremely high. This company is selling puppies to unknow buyers. My credit card was stolen and a charge of $2650 was made by this comapny for the purchase of a puppy! A Puppy! I am aware that fraud exists and I can even understand someone trying to purchase something but wouldn't you need to know their name, address, phone number, things that would match with the credit card company's records? I received a fraudulent credit card charge for $11.89. This is a bogus charge (made on 03/05/08) from a bogus company. I called the phone number for Xenontemplates shown on my credit card statement and got a suspicious-sounding message (call 310-295-4756 for a good laugh). I called my credit card company and the rep opened a case number for me.
