I would like to complaint about MFI family ancestry. (aka ancestry.com) Just today, I found out that my credit card account have a pending transaction (on 2/5/2008) which I never made from MFI family ancestry. I have no idea how can they even come up with my credit card number to make the transaction. The amount of $109.95 is pending on my account. My account's credit had be deducted for the amount even it's temporary. The bank cannot do anything unless they cancel the transaction I cannot believe that they can just run the credit card without the verification and ruin people's life. Somebody opened up credit cards in my name and transfered $2000.00 on to a card with chase. The other cards closed the acct but chase has come after me non-stop. They call me everyday including my job. I have filed a police report and the credit bureau and have not received any help. They are ruining my credit. A padillas enterprises truck was taken to this shop for an air condition problem. The problem was fixed and was paid for the reparation. Some how they crash the whole front of the truck and cumings were hiding the insident trying to get cowardly away with it. the damages according to a two different body estimators, exceed the 4,500 dollars. On Nov. 24, 2006 a John Aucella phoned us about our timeshare. He asked if we were interested in selling. He sounded all uppity up and told us to go on their web sight and check them out. He said the cost would be $ 699.00 and we would get a contract in 5-7 days. Our charge card was immediately charged, but we never received the contract. He said he would have it sold in3-6 months. He gave us his 888 phone # plus his cell #. We were never able to reach him to talk to him. We were always told to call customer service at another 877 #. Alberto Cabias claimed that he had paid the money to the school for fees and for additional tuition. He left the school suddenly and we discovered that although he had issued a school letter with receipt details, the letter was fraudulent. He subsequently defrauded us of more money. The company charges you to view their apartment listings. The listings are not theirs rather copied from other sources. All of the listings I called were no longer available or could not be referenced due to the lack of an identification number. I contacted "Brenda" their supposed customer service agent and she told me to provide her with the number on the listing to get a refund. My banking account was debited $39.95 for some type of product or service on 1/14/08 and 2/8/08. I do not even know what this company is about or what type of services they offer. For over 1 year we have been dealing with Oreck trying to get a Rinse-A-Matic carpet cleaner that worked. We purchased a rebuilt unit directly from Oreck on line on Feb. 11, 2007. The first Rinse-A-Matic sent to us could not be used because the wheels kept falling off.
