They were too small and after researching the internet for a telephone number I finally found one. (The email address for this merchant did not work.) I called to received a return auth. number and shipped the shirts back on November 28, 2007. DHL attempted to deliver the shirts on November 30 however they were closed. I am traveling by Auto from the day I entered Bangalore. It takes exactly Rs.62 (old meter) and Rs.72 (New meter) to my office from my residence. Now I end up paying Rs.80, which is too expensive for me. Unfortunately there is no good local transport available and I struggle everyday. My office is hardly 11 kms away and I have to spend Rs.160 per day. My daughter is a college student and had a GAP credit card. She paid the balance off almost a year ago. Recently, she started receiving harassing phone calls (several each day). Finally, she gave them her bank information and allowed them to charge her account. We never received anything in the mail at our home address or her college address indicating that there was a balance due to her GAP credit card. We believe it was paid off, but being a naive, young adult she did not have the knowledge to ask the right kind of questions. First of all, my dealings started with Russ Darrow when I saw the commercials that guaranteed if you made a if you had $99 down they would finance a new car for you regardless of credit. This company has been withholding the registration documents for my car so that I can not get the required tags. They charge 100USD to give me the papers, even though these were already paid for. They did not get back to me before the temporary tag ran out and every time I have contacted them by email/phone they have completely ignored me. I was a Fuel Delivery Driver for Florida Rock & Tank Lines. Manager Brian Shaw and Dispatcher Leslie was very unprofessional with communicating and this company practices unfair labor. I tried the free credit thing on Jan 7th, and called them on Feb 7th to cancel as not to have any charges. Their number by the way is 877-481-6826. They said no, because Jan had 31 days and I should have canceled. My wife and I purchased a 2001 Mazda MPV with an extended warranty from Vachon Mazda in South Attleborro MA. Vachon was bought out by the Tasca group and received all of its customers in the process. A recent maintainance visit revealed repairs that needed to be performed that should have been covered by the extended warranty. Tasca refused to honor the warranty and refused to refund us the prorated portion of the warranty. I feel that either Tasca or Mazda should honor their obligation to us. read full review »

My complaint is with Todays Options Advantage Plan. (Pyramid Life Insurance Company). I have not been a member of their plan since Aug. 1st of 2007. I bought a sweater for my daughter and she did not like it, I went to return it and they said all they could do is an in store credit. I wanted a refund because I do not shop in that store and they said look at your receipt. My receipt says Reg Price-Refund, sale-exchange w/15 days.
