I purchased a Asus Eee Pc from buy.com I tried to return it cause it wasn't going to do what I thought it would do. I called for a RA number and have been given the run around. I have contacted PuppyFind.com customer service multiple times trying to give them information about an active puppy miller in Thailand. This person has plead guility to puppy abuse. We had HD installed for our Direct TV. Installer Edgar #8733 did the installing. He was on time, did a wonderful job and could not have been more pleasant. I have called Ironwood twice since then asking to speak with a supervisor to that I can let them know what a great job Edgar did and how pleased we were with him. A-Drive in HP Pavillion failed about 8 months after purchase. HP phone routers in India confirmed that it was a warrantiable problem and took an hour of my time getting details for shipment of a replacement drive. This included obtaining my credit card info. After receiving my receipt for my food, I noticed that the menu items contain one price,and on the receipt, the price does not match the menu price. That price is escalated to a higher price reflected in the subtotal and then sales tax is applied to already taxed items, thereby double taxing customers. Screwed and screwed again... I visited HH Gregg to purchase a washer and dryer. I signed up for the 12 month same as cash program. I was sent only ONE statement. The following month, I did not receive one. I did though, get a lovely call from an ignorant Canadian collector. I was not read the mini miranda and even cussed at!!! Well... perhaps my fault partly but in 2003 installed RealNetworks RealPlayer and didnt realize I registered for membership and just now in 2008 (900 dollars later) determined I was a member... sure, part my fault... but why would they continue to charge my account when no activity logging into there service for 5 years?!? They gave me 3 month refund... 45 dollars... I was billed 900 DOLLARS ! SBI Online facilities are a completewaste of time. None of their sites, 'onlinesbi' and 'sbicreditcards' work. They proudly announce their site 'onlinesbi' everywhere, but no one can ever log in to their site with the password they give. I have been trying for more than 3 months now since when I got my first user name and password and applied four times, got four different passwords, the most recent one one month back, but they have all failed.
