They play on family members phone and a notice has been sent to their office numerous of times regarding no calls at place of employment. I bought Roxio 9 Suite. The product would not install. Since I do hardware / software support for a living I checked all possible issues that might cause the problem outside of the CDs just being damaged. Nothing worked so I put in a ticket with Roxio support. They sent me back a procedure which sometimes works to install old (Pre 98) products but I tried the instruction twice anyway. When arriving to the restaurant, the workers are busy, but then, in between customer orders, they are often seen exhibiting immature horseplay in the kitchen. Mainly though, when we received our "Papa" burgers, they had put way too much sauce on them (by the top bun), and the bottom bun of the burger was completely soggy from the two burger patties. They were very messy to eat and the fries weren't very fresh either. I purchased a sears front load HE5 dryer. They have a metal plate on back that looks like it is rusting. I have had this dryer less than a month. I found two friends that have dryers made by Whirlpool which is actually Kenmore. They have the same problem. The service technician said the plate is not rusting but the temperature is so hot its burning the plate. They use to coat the metal plate in white or black but they stopped doing it. I found a 149.99 charge on credit card. First of all how did they get my Credit Card Number? When you call they tell you to get your membership number off of your membership packet. I never received a packet! Secondly they told me I cashed a 9.95 dollar check which authorized the membership, which was a lie. They are a scam and if you are not watching your credit card statements they are going to burn you. They did deactivate the membership and will refund my C.C. I gave cash up front to Lowe's for a quartz kitchen counter top. The product was flawless, but the installation was incompetent. I have been trying to get it resolved since March 25th and it is now June 18th. After paying $3500 they will correct the mistake if I pay them $500 more. When I applied for a cash advance after typing in all my information, a pop up screen came up with three different products for selection. You had to check either yes or no. I am in the same boat as the two other complainants on this site. My DCS stove has not worked properly for more than a year. The simmer burners have been fluttering for longer than that, and now the ignition system never stops clicking as long as a burner is turned on. It is maddening. Purchased 2 TVs with the promotional purchase of 1 year free interest. The sales person did not tell us we had to make payments. We have purchased other goods the same way only Wells Fargo was the finance company and as long as you paid the balance before the end of the year you had no finance charges or late fees. Our Kenmore Elite clothes washer had a pump go out after 3 years of use and we were charged $201.25 to have it replaced. This company charged my credit card $187 for my orders on January 5th. I paid extra money to have my order send by 2nd day air. It is now January 28th, and I have not received my orders. I have called, emailed, and "chatted" with their customer service person (who says my orders have been mailed). Otherwise, this company will not call or email me in response to my many attempts to communicate with them. I think that their DVD World doesn't exist except online. Signed up for a free credit report in August 2007. They offered an extended or more detailed look at our credit history for what was supposed to be a $12.95 one time sign up. Now they are removing $12.95 twice a month on the same day. Have called to dispute this with them & got hung up on & told they will reimburse a one time reimbursement. I was looking for a nice bedroom set for sometime and finally found one at the place. I dealt with a nice salesman and I decided to purchase the entire set and left my deposit.
