I ordered Witchblade the TNT series. It was advertised by this site a s brand new and still sealed in plastic.When it arrived not only was it not brand new it was a pirated copy. The TNT logo is in the lower right hand corner for gods shake.I emailed them about this and asked for a replacement. I want what I ordered.I have emailed them several times.No response. A&E was called to repair a KitchenAid microwave and oven unit that stopped functioning. They are recommended for service by KitchenAid on their web site. I bought a camcorder listed above in December and ever since I have been trying to get Panasonic to advise me why I can not get the DVD Ram Software to download to my computer. I have checked the disk that was included with the camera and the driver is not on the software. WE purchased tee shirts from master image paying a set up fee and a per tee shirt price. Well after getting the tee shirts the first time we washed them the color washed out of the logos on the shirts. Before expiration of 3 months of free promotion I called them and got the cancellation number of my Hi Speed internet account and mailed the modem before completion of 3 months. Just bought a Nordictrack Audiostrider. Got it home and assembled only to discover that it runs on batteries (4 D cell) or you have to purchase the power cord seperately. Their customer service tells me it is an accessory. This is a $1000.00 machine. The ads tell you about its work out programs, the fan on the console, Iift card, how resistance adjusts automatically while you are working out and its speakers that your MP3 player can hook up to, all things that require power. My daughter was taken to the Emergency room back in 2004 because she slipped and landed on her back-spine on the pool tile. Asurion sent me a replacement phone that had 5 separate defects, it is my firm opinion that asurion is shoveling garbage out of their warehouse, it is my opinion that asurion knows that a certain % of the replacement phones that it ships are defective. It is also my opinion that asurion management knows that a certain % of these substandard phones will not be returned, these defective phones are generating revenue, again my opinion. We did a really stupid thing and purchased a vacation club in Mexico represented and sold by a Myan Palace rep.. We now have spent 2500.00 and can not get into any resorts for dates requested.
