Note: Entity was never incorporated. I Highly advise everybody to stay away from this guys. We purchased a sleep number bed with duel controls about 6 months ago. After a fews weeks my half sunk in, I almost have to be helped to get out. Sirius and XM Satilite radio providers both advertise commercial free radio. Both of them have commercials on 99% of their channels. As far as the service goes it is fine but it is not commercial free. Also if you do not have a tape player or AUX jack on your car you will have to use the FM transmitter. With the FM transmitter you have to find a dead channel on your radio then tune the Sat. radio to that channel and it has a lot of static and white noise, not to mention the ugly wire that has to run to your antenna. read full review »

We had the same problem as sooo many others, but we had good luck with getting the bad HV board replaced free of charge even though our frig. was 4 mos. out of warranty. It seems to help if you mention this website when you call and tell them you know the scope of this problem. All in all, we were pleased with the service we received. We had a new board at our house within three days and installed the next. We had a reservation, guaranteed with a credit card for a 3 day trip to visit our daughter in Hollywood. We arrived late at night and were told they had overbooked so we would have to go to another hotel. They sent us miles away to a shabby part of town with a noisy bar right next door. This was very frightening to us as we are somewhat elderly and don't usually drive at night. The hotel had no carpeting or hot water. The hotel manager said this happens all the time. Warning!
