I have had unauthorized charges to my checking account by both of the above listed company names which caused 3 NSF and/or overdraft fees to my account. Apparently this company got my information when I applied for a payday loan online. Even after I found their websites and canceled the "so called" service via online chat, they attempted to charge my account again. The money wasn't available, so fees were assessed. I recently bought LCD projector costing over $1500. After only a few months it began to shut off after a few minutes of running. Called the 800 number given with the product to inquire about the issue and it took no less than 30 minutes and several transfers to find the right department to even discuss the problem. Unwilling to honor their contract of providing a 100% covered preventive procedure. I researched and successfully countered each of their varying reasons for denial. They were either unable or unwilling to give the real reason. A message left for a supervisor was never returned. After hours on the phone with multiple agents over 3 days,and my refusal to hang up, they finally let me talk to a supervisor who said it was a specific medical coding error by the doctor. Indane LP Gas agency in Sarita Vihar, New Delhi 110044, is not taking any booking by putting the receiver off the hook since moring to evening. If they are using the phone for personal purpose or so, you may get the line. MAACS.com claims to have good customer service and to be reliable. From my experinece this is not even close to the truth. On 09-20-07 I ordered a set of ABU and never got them. I purchased a 2002 BMW 330xi two weeks ago from APPLE BMW of York. I also purchased the Western General extended warranty for 2.2k. We flew with Aerolineas Argentinas from Madrid to Buenos Aires on 26 December 2007. I rented a car in Costa Rica for 11 days from Dec 25, 2007 to Jan 05, 2008. When I returned the car to the San Jose airport location, the Dollar representative coerced me into paying $20 for cleaning of the car (which was only a little dusty), and tried to overcharge me by $200. His behavior was appalling. Since I was so angered by his attempts at cheating me, he ended up overcharging me by only $80, which I have submitted to Dollar for a refund. I bought a 2003 es 300 with 23000 miles from jm lexus in margate, fl. The first day I had the car, there was a loud knocking noise under the steering wheel. I called and told he sales rep, chris and michael about it. I suggested that we cancel the deal because of other issues. They took the car and fixed it but upon receiving the car, 2 days after, the noise came back. I took it again and one service writer said it was parked too long and another said there was a recall on the shaft system for the 2003 models.
