Repeated attempts to call have failed.....on hold for over an hour and then get disconnected. No way to connect to the website. I have my confirmation number if you need it. My mother bought a van and my girlfriend acted as cosigner. But immediately, Wells Fargo switched the buyer and cosigner. So now, my girlfriend has a $30,000 van on her credit and is unable to even get a new credit card. We faxed the original contract to Wells Fargo 3times (once from within the bank) and they claim that they can't change the buyer/cosigner status because the underwriters are the one's who changed it. Purchased two ipod transmitter/chargers for Christmas from this company. The sound is VERY distorted while playing music from your ipod in the car. I have emailed, faxed, and called MULTIPLE times. On January 12, 2008 I was billed through my debit card for $59.99 for an order of Heart Guardian. I had not heard of Heart Guardian, nor have I ever placed an order for it. I do use Viapro, a male enhancement supplement, which I found on a website called themenschoice.com. This website, as I found out, also advertises Heart Guardian. The only product I have ever used my debit card to order online is Viapro. I have complained to Viapro (yesterday) but haven't heard from them. Nokia 5300. Bought Aug 2007. Dec 2007 - screen has somehow broken from within. There are no visible cracks in the glass, however there is a sort of dark electronic EKG-like smearing against a white background, that is unchanged in shape and size. The display has the look of modern art. No icons or photos are visible which makes the whole thing pretty useless. Phone was in pocket; good one minute and not so fine the next. I ordered this product for Christmas: Get Smart Complete Series. I was quite disappointed when it finally came. Several episodes are corrupted (start but don't play to the end). One entire DVD ended up being episodes of "Spencer for Hire!" "TVLand" appears in the bottom right corner of all the episodes, indicating to me that this has been taped off cable. They have never responded to my requests for clarification on these matters. I am happy to have the majority of the episodes but not at the expense of the creators of the show. Marketing Advantage consists of about 5 little companies with about 2 employees. They contact you and sell you the opportunity to go to a Wyndham time shares sales preview. You get nothing but referred to Wyndham who may hold you for up to 5 hours or even more on a hard sell presentation. This is a complaint against the General Electric Company for refusing to honor their stated warranty on a dishwasher installed in September 2007. Briefly, the new General Electric dishwasher we purchased has a stainless steel tub. Shortly (i.e. 2 weeks) after installation a number of small, pinhead-sized pits in the surface of the stainless tub were noticed due to rust rings forming around them. I rented from County Car Rental in August 2007. I returned the car to County, they inspected the car and said there was no damage. They inspected the Car so carefully, I got worried and asked them to put in writing there was not damage. They put it in writing. I was sold a 2005 Sebring, my registration and ins papers show the VIN # means a 2004. On top of this, because of Katrina (a month after I bought the car) my wife was out of work for 2 yeras, which put us way behind with everything. I made the mistake of purchasing a Samsung Inverter Air Coditioner Model SH12BWHA in August. It worked briefly. When we contacted the service agent he diagnosed the problem as lying with the inverter. Replacement parts were ordered and after 4 weeks the wrong part was sent from Sydney. Three weeks later the right part arrived and was installed by the service agent. The air con worked for three whole days!! and then broke down again. I bought a pretty baby doll in 2004/05. She sits in a high chair and is never played with or handle very much. Her dress is falling apart. Its like the material is rotten, its a thin material.
