If you have been ripped off by this company: Call your credit card company at once and dispute the charge, You have 60 days from the date the charge was on the card. E-mail the attorney General, the national BBB, the Florida BBB, the consumer Protection Company and the Canada Mounted Police. That is what I did. Dear Board, I purchased a Reliance Data Cable in the month of September. The hardware cost for the Data Card was Rs. 3000/. The scheme promised, was Rs. 450 monthly rental with first two months rental free. From the first day of activation itself there was connection problem. My biggest mistake was sending them a check instead of using a credit card. At least with a credit card you can dispute the charges. Order business cards in July, 2007, after a month of receiving nothing I started contacting customer service... I kept getting "2 weeks and you will get your order". I received an automatic phone call reminding me about an extended automobile warranty. I never bought a warranty nor did I recently purchase a vehicle. My mother bought a van and my girlfriend acted as cosigner. But immediately, Wells Fargo switched the buyer and cosigner. So now, my girlfriend has a $30,000 van on her credit and is unable to even get a new credit card. We faxed the original contract to Wells Fargo 3times (once from within the bank) and they claim that they can't change the buyer/cosigner status because the underwriters are the one's who changed it. This organization advertised a $4.95 three day trial offer for their services. In the fine print of the 'agreement' they commit you to automatic and unending renewal of service at $39.95 a month if you don't cancel within the three days. The advertisement is clearly intended to sucker you into trying their service so they can later claim that you must have known what they were up to because you agreed to their terms and conditions. Purchased two ipod transmitter/chargers for Christmas from this company. The sound is VERY distorted while playing music from your ipod in the car. I have emailed, faxed, and called MULTIPLE times. This apartment complex scams when upon move in... they advise you just have to pay the non-refundable deposit... but when you move out... you are slammed with hundreds of charges. They make you pay for painting... every month you are living there, you are charged $13.89... which is never told upon move-in. I have bought the Sears Kenmore HE3 Elite Electric Dryer 5 years ago. Door handle keeps breaking off and I keep replacing it. Sometime it breaks within days. It is a faulty design.
