This house was built in 2004 and had a tile counter top constructed. I purchased this house in 2006 from Richard Suttle (contractor) and shortly the grout started cracking and coming out. The tile is loose all over the counter top. I contacted Richard Suttle and he contacted Rease Dunn (the tile layer) but this Rease Dunn will not contact us about this problem. He put the tile directly on plywood and appears not to have used waterproof glue as the tile shifts cracking the grout. We do have to have the tile removed and replaced. Is there anything we can do? We bought a top of the line Stearns & Foster Mattress with the expectation that it would last at least 10 years or more. I needed to get verification for my education in Colombia. In order to get the documents they required I had to travel to Colombia. The Ministry of Education in Colombia simply does not do business by mail of FAX. All original documents were delivered to WES. I am having an Airtel Landline connection. Recentlywhen I went thru the details of calls made I found there were many calls charged for a duration of even 6-7 seconds. Normally it takes over 15-20 seconds for a call to mature for billing since only a matured call can be billed.
