My complaints are similar to the others I read after having a horrible time working with them and the same scam pulled on me as many others. I ordered a large izod shirt and received one that was a very small., a size 8. The tag on the shirt had been tucked inside the shirt and never attached. I ordered Norton Anti-Virus over the internet a year ago. My subscription was not up until january 24th 2008. On january 11th my subscription was renewed with out my knowledge. I was never asked if i wanted my subscription automatically renewed. I never received any notification before the 55.oo dollars was deducted from my bank account. Because of Nortons mistake i bounced checks. Also when i called norton i was put on hold for over two hours and then told it could take up to three days to get the money back in to my account. Over charged on collect calls from correctional center. Continue to send you bills, even when you make payments. Made it impossible to make since of billing procedure. Final bill is double the amount it should be. I stopped accepting calls and knew what my balance should be. I was stupid enough to buy this program, and thought I could cancel. When I called they informed me that I could not cancel the first month. I got the first few days free (what a lie), then they took 49.90 out of my credit card. I told them I wanted to cancel, and they said I was canceled, but I still had to pay the 49.90. I ordered an item in early December and after several weeks I finally received an Email that stated that the item that I ordered was not in stock. The debit had already been made from my account. They stated in the Email that I could choose another item. I have made multiple attempts to contact the company and have never been able to make any contact with them. I had this same issue, told me i was approved for 7000.00 and want me to send 1750.00 to secure the loan. I received a contract from them too, just look fishy, so i contacted the BBB from Nebraska and they emailed me back saying the address was to a real estate company. And that the phone number wasn't listed, when you call the number to press one to speak with a consultant the operator prompts you to speak your name "Who's calling please" and beeps for you to respond. I need some help to resolve an issue that I am not getting anywhere with the vendor. I purchased 4 tickets to the Insight Bowl for 12/31/07. I received the confirmation that I purchased the tickets, the row number, the locations, and the time. They seem to be very nice until they got my credit card; the next thing I know they have almost $800 and we have nothing to show for it and we are now in the process of incurring the legal fees to fight them for our money. I would like to express my outrage at the monopoly power which Enbridge Electric is using to fleece electricity customers, and because competition is prohibited we cannot switch to a different provider. This monopoly is not in the interests of consumers and this should not be allowed to continue. In October I applied for a credit card from Onyx Visa. I recieved no credit card but had "fees" taken from my checking account as Platinum Member. This occured 5 times...still no card. I stopped payment on any more debits by them. Dec. 12 was the last time they tried, I guess they got the message, but now It's next to impossible to get in touch for a refund. Manager and employees very rude. I ordered a baconator with just ketchup and pickles. the first time mayonnaise and tomato and no pickles. i sent it back, and this time it had pickles, mayonnaise, and no ketchup. The third time the attempted to fix the order, i took a bite and the meat was pink and raw. the employee was being rude and saying "if i wanted he could cook it well done" i did not want it well done, i just wanted it DONE and cooked, not pink.
