I needed to get verification for my education in Colombia. In order to get the documents they required I had to travel to Colombia. The Ministry of Education in Colombia simply does not do business by mail of FAX. All original documents were delivered to WES. I am very disappointed about USAVE CAR RENTALS. The Corolla we rented at USAVE had flat tire on the high way. The Agency requires us to take full responsibility for the tire. They said that we either have to pay for them to repair the tire or we have to replace a brand new tire for the car. My husband and I purchased new phones in Nov, payed almost 300.00 which also made us renew a 2 yr contract with them. I have no idea how this place got my debit card # and was charged $7.95 for some kind of grant search, This is scary. It has never happened to me. I searched for info on this company and got 2 numbers: 214-535-8409 and 866-396-5694. Neither number got me through to someone. I brought a vacuum cleaner of eureka forbes in November 2007. I requested for a demo and then there was a promise to be done in 3 days. After 2 weeks I called again and there was same promise but till today no one turned, inspite of my repeated calls. I am having an Airtel Landline connection. Recentlywhen I went thru the details of calls made I found there were many calls charged for a duration of even 6-7 seconds. Normally it takes over 15-20 seconds for a call to mature for billing since only a matured call can be billed.
