I was told by the locksmith that instead if the $140.00 he quoted ne first, it would cost me $326.00 because he had to break the locks to get in. He replaced the locks, I gave him my debit card, he charged me $326.00 TWO times. I reported the duplicate charges to my bank and they said that the charges are pending and I should call back tomorrow so they could contest the duplicate charge for me. I purchased all Ge profile appliances for my new home in November 30, 2007. The dryer started immediately to make a loud grinding noise. Personally I feel this is a very money hungry organization. It is all about the parents paying in. I have paid in to much over the years to have only been given back nothing but a sham. The house league was poorly run. Between refs not showing up for games ( thanks to the parents who jumped in to ref), team photos being lost, not enough uniforms. The Rep is not much better. My biggest mistake was sending them a check instead of using a credit card. At least with a credit card you can dispute the charges. Order business cards in July, 2007, after a month of receiving nothing I started contacting customer service... I kept getting "2 weeks and you will get your order". I received an automatic phone call reminding me about an extended automobile warranty. I never bought a warranty nor did I recently purchase a vehicle. I waited for the customer service representative and she new my name. She said she had all the information before her. I ask her what car they were calling about. This apartment complex scams when upon move in... they advise you just have to pay the non-refundable deposit... but when you move out... you are slammed with hundreds of charges. They make you pay for painting... every month you are living there, you are charged $13.89... which is never told upon move-in. Also charged twice the price of items in the apartment... upon move-out. I have bought the Sears Kenmore HE3 Elite Electric Dryer 5 years ago. Door handle keeps breaking off and I keep replacing it. Sometime it breaks within days. It is a faulty design. There are thousands of people with the same problem. There are forums dedicated to this problem Sears has done nothing to fix the problem.
