I made the mistake of purchasing a Samsung Inverter Air Coditioner Model SH12BWHA in August. It worked briefly. When we contacted the service agent he diagnosed the problem as lying with the inverter. Replacement parts were ordered and after 4 weeks the wrong part was sent from Sydney. Three weeks later the right part arrived and was installed by the service agent. The air con worked for three whole days!! and then broke down again. You get nothing but referred to Wyndham who may hold you for up to 5 hours or even more on a hard sell presentation. Rip Off!! To bring you up to speed, I bought this table and 6 chairs from your store back in June 5, 2007. I also bought a 5 year furniture protection plan with it. I was sold a 2005 Sebring, my registration and ins papers show the VIN # means a 2004. On top of this, because of Katrina (a month after I bought the car) my wife was out of work for 2 yeras, which put us way behind with everything. This is a complaint against the General Electric Company for refusing to honor their stated warranty on a dishwasher installed in September 2007. Briefly, the new General Electric dishwasher we purchased has a stainless steel tub. Shortly (i.e. 2 weeks) after installation a number of small, pinhead-sized pits in the surface of the stainless tub were noticed due to rust rings forming around them. I rented from County Car Rental in August 2007. I returned the car to County, they inspected the car and said there was no damage. They inspected the Car so carefully, I got worried and asked them to put in writing there was not damage. They put it in writing. When I got home form my trip I got a note from County saying they found a scuff mark and charged my credit card $482. I ordered this product for Christmas: Get Smart Complete Series. I was quite disappointed when it finally came. Several episodes are corrupted (start but don't play to the end). One entire DVD ended up being episodes of "Spencer for Hire!" "TVLand" appears in the bottom right corner of all the episodes, indicating to me that this has been taped off cable. They have never responded to my requests for clarification on these matters. I am happy to have the majority of the episodes but not at the expense of the creators of the show. I bought windows from this Menards store. I gave them the exact window size opening. When I went to have the contractor install the windows, the contractor said that because of the rough opening that the customer service rep put in the windows were made smaller than the size that I ordered and now they don't fit. I took the windows back to the Menards store and the Manager Edward refused to allow me to reorder windows, not to mention his rudeness. Imt credit services is a Big Scam- They tell consumers that they can repair their credit- but that's a lie. I bought a pretty baby doll in 2004/05. She sits in a high chair and is never played with or handle very much. Her dress is falling apart. Its like the material is rotten, its a thin material. As a pilot, I spend a lot of nights in hotels. Indeed, since 1995 I've spent literally thousands of nights in hotel rooms. This stay rates in the top two in terms of negative experiences. The hotel was hosting a party in its ballroom. Of course, the modern architecture of the hotel means that the ballroom is open to the fourth floor, and the music was clearly audible (especially the bass line) throughout those parts of the building that I explored. I had to visit Mexico for two days so i decided to book a room at this hotel. Biggest mistake ever. There comes a point where a hotel company either sells a hotel or renovates them. Days Inn sold this hotel which is in dire need of major renovations. Everything is old, barely working. A/C took a few hours to turn on to get cooling, after being turned off by management. The floors were icky, thick carpet, the door barely shut. Just stay away. At least management was nice when i had to book in and out. The breakfast was small and useless. In January of 2007, I had an Ansul system installed in the kitchen of my bar/restaurant by Northland Fire. My old dry chemical system was outdated and I was told it might not put out a fire. The clock has never kept time properly. In June 2007 I suffered a randomly generated BIOS password that caused the system to be unbootable.
