On saturday january 5, 2008 we had dependable locks come out and replace our front door lock. Dear Board, I purchased a Reliance Data Cable in the month of September. The hardware cost for the Data Card was Rs. 3000/. I opened the account and had it in good standing but missed a payment and a nsf went into their system in Nov'07. They reported me to scan and now I cannot write any checks to anyone because of it. I called several times and of course no one can speak but broken English. They said on about 4 calls that if I make a payment that passes, they will clear it up with scan. I have used many Auto Transport companies in my day, but have found TAS (Texas Auto Shippers) to be the absolute worst in customer relations. A fellow that did the intake for me named Will was an OK guy. The broker service selected a friendly and courteous driver named Ken. Personally I feel this is a very money hungry organization. It is all about the parents paying in. I have paid in to much over the years to have only been given back nothing but a sham.
