My 42" Sansui Plasma TV, which is less than 2 years old, was sent in 4 times for repairs in the space of 3 months. Job Number JA49926 for reference. I purchased an HP Laptop from Costco on 5/16/2007. Unfortunately, on 1/16/08 the computer crashed and would not reboot at all. I called Costco Concierge services and they connected me to HP who then sent me a recovery disk which was to no avail. I recently purchased Easy Medid Creator 10. I should have just given them my money! The Guthy Renker vitamins I received through a sheer cover order. Because it was my first order using a card over the phone I didn't realize that they charge you five dollars to try them, but they continue to send them only this time charging $33. CSINFOSITE is a scam and fraud. You get to their website by mistake in searching for music or ITunes. They appear to be ITunes but capture your credit card data and charge you, about $34.90 U.S. dollars. There website link does not exist, and there phone at 888-448-6889 does not answer. It just says to call back. It is a fraud,a scam. Call your credit card company immediately. Then cancel the card and have it re-issued. PAY PAL and Mr Josh King are scams! Listed ps3 online and buyer (josh king) from Arizona, paid the amount requested. My computer crashed within a day or two of payment. After a week or so I was back online and sent Mr. King a confirmation note that product had shipped. He then told pay pal nothing was done and pay pal credited his account with the total amount he paid, and debited my account. I have given pay pal tracking numbers to prove it was sent and I had since e-mailed Josh King about the matter. All I want is my money or my ps3 back. I sent for this company's initial information kit which was advertised for less than $10. When I received this information kit, I saw immediately that the service was not applicable to me, so I sent the kit back without opening it, meaning I never installed the software enclosed in the kit or logged on to the company's web site to establish a membership. I was e-mailed with news that I had won a random web lottery hosted by UK National Lottery Foundation. We purchased a Silestone quartz surface countertop in 2002 with a ten year warranty. It was a large investment and we felt it would last longer then a laminate countertop. However, we found a defect in the stone (chip) within six months and now we have two cracks and a seam that is easily noted. I brought my car in on Friday January 11,2008 due to my steering wheel shaking when at high speeds. I had my wedding catered by this company (person). Turns out she (Angelina) knows little to nothing about catering weddings or any event for that matter. They were late and very unprofessional. Her food was not exceptional as she claims, she buys her food from costco and other warehouse stores. I later found out that all the information I read on her website was a big lie. Her experience was exaggerated and the testimonies submitted by the clients were in her own words not those who she claims wrote them. The public transportation (buses) in Laughlin are in desperate need of repairs. They are constantly braking down and are dangerous. I was told that the mechanic hires uncertified kids to make the repairs and that helps him keep cost down. Is this not dangerous? Are they putting profit ahead of safety? VERIZON HORROR STORY I need to warn people about Verizon landline service/Fios/DSL service. They will bill you and if you dispute the bill they dont respond. I have lived with three Kitchen Aid appliances for the last three years and I am truly disappointed. The dryer began making a loud clunking sound a year in service and it took the repair man five visits to fix. It still makes noise but it is out of warranty and I will replace it soon with something made offshore. Same goes with the washing machine which sounds like the belt or bearings are failing and the refrigerator which makes more noise than my Bosch dishwasher. What a mistake.
