I purchased a 2002 BMW 330xi two weeks ago from APPLE BMW of York. I also purchased the Western General extended warranty for 2.2k. Dear Board, I purchased a Reliance Data Cable in the month of September. The hardware cost for the Data Card was Rs. 3000/. The scheme promised, was Rs. 450 monthly rental with first two months rental free. From the first day of activation itself there was connection problem. I purchased a vanilla scented YANKEE CANDLE GEL AIR FRESHENER for my 2007 Toyota Tundra. I hung it on one of the knobs on my dash and when I went out to my truck after it had been there several days, I noticed a messy substance on my dash behind the freshener. I opened the account and had it in good standing but missed a payment and a nsf went into their system in Nov'07. They reported me to scan and now I cannot write any checks to anyone because of it. I called several times and of course no one can speak but broken English. They said on about 4 calls that if I make a payment that passes, they will clear it up with scan. I have used many Auto Transport companies in my day, but have found TAS (Texas Auto Shippers) to be the absolute worst in customer relations. A fellow that did the intake for me named Will was an OK guy. The broker service selected a friendly and courteous driver named Ken. I was told by the locksmith that instead if the $140.00 he quoted ne first, it would cost me $326.00 because he had to break the locks to get in.
