Champion battery obtained from KMart on 1-5-05. 84 month warranty with free replacement within 36 months. Died a few weeks ago. Took to Wind Gap, PA KMart on 1-2-08 with my receipt. In January of 2007, I had an Ansul system installed in the kitchen of my bar/restaurant by Northland Fire. My old dry chemical system was outdated and I was told it might not put out a fire. They never told me about the requirement about the electrical portion (exhaust, makeup-air shutdown, etc) when the system installer finished putting in the new system, he told me it was good. Imt credit services is a Big Scam- They tell consumers that they can repair their credit- but that's a lie. About 12 months ago I tried their credit services and I was told that they would be able to delete negative items- so I paid them $179 upfront plus a monthly fee. I bought windows from this Menards store. I gave them the exact window size opening. When I went to have the contractor install the windows, the contractor said that because of the rough opening that the customer service rep put in the windows were made smaller than the size that I ordered and now they don't fit. I took the windows back to the Menards store and the Manager Edward refused to allow me to reorder windows, not to mention his rudeness. On Dec 5, 2007, I purchased Johnny Cash show DVDs for holiday gift. As with others, no confirmation email (as promised) and no follow-up with phone calls and emails. Just found out today that At Home Rewards has made several deductions from my bank account causing overdrafts and penalties. I never heard of this company until today. Over charged on collect calls from correctional center. Continue to send you bills, even when you make payments. Made it impossible to make since of billing procedure. My complaints are similar to the others I read after having a horrible time working with them and the same scam pulled on me as many others. I ordered a large izod shirt and received one that was a very small., a size 8. The tag on the shirt had been tucked inside the shirt and never attached.
