ICICI BANK has resorted to frauds I am a customer of ICICI Bank. I hold a Gold credit card with ICICI. Last month due to some unplanned travels I made purchases worth Rs. 65000/- on my card. I would have paid the bills before the due date. This company withdrew $31.98 from my checking account and was not authorized to do so. I conacted my bank to try to get a phone number and address for the company. There was no address listed but there was a phone number. I have called that number at least 10 times. It seems to be an identity theft protection company. I never applied for this. When you call the phone number, youe get a recorded introduction and they transfer you but no one picks up the phone. How and what can I do to get my money back? All I'd authorized was the charge for the shipping and handling for the free trial bottle. A month later I recieved a second bottle and noticed on my checking account I'd been charged $69.95. The phone number they put on the transaction is bogus, so I had to call the number on the bottle. Hugesnet (formerly Direcway) implemented a 'Fair Access policy' (FAP) which does not allow for the daily download bandwidth paid for by the service plains. This is because there is a 24hour penalty after the threshold for a day is reached. If at 11:59pm I go 1 byte over the 200MB in my contract they will limit speed to below dialup speed for 24 hours after (not the 1 minute for the rest of the day or until the usage is back on track). We just bought the new Gambler Cigarette Machine because we roll our own cigarettes, its cheaper, but this new machine is absolutely the worst ever. The main problem and it is a problem is that when you put the cigarette tube on the end of the machine, you have to take a toothpick and try to clean the other tobacco out from the previous cigarette that you just rolled. After living in our home for a year the carpet upstairs as well as the living room downstairs had a bump in it running along the mid section. We called Levi's and they said they could stretch the carpet, but it may cost us. This place was booked for a friends wedding and the service was not what they payed for. They lost money from a catering company they booked after SDE told the couple they can choose any caterers as long as they had a license. Three weeks before the wedding SDE told them they couldn't use the caterers they chose because they were not on the list of approved caterers. After several years of normal use, this rather high priced bathtub has several large rust through spots around the drain and in the middle of the tub. The rust in the middle of the tub consists of about a dozen or so parallel lines that to me suggests a manufacturers defect rather than normal wear and tear.
