I just wanted to write a letter in response to all the complaints I've been reading re: rainsoft here in Louisiana. First of all these complaints are over a year old. This company was recently bought (in Sept. of '07 from what they said) and is now locally owned and operated. This company is also no longer associated with Discovery Marketing. My family of 5 rented a car at Malpense a/port. We drove 4 hours to the Piedmont region, and found that the car wouldn't start a couple of days later. The reason being is i can barely stay connected for 5-10 minutes and then i losose connection again. Then when i call verizon for help i reach them in india or the Philipinies or something like that.
