I just wanted to write a letter in response to all the complaints I've been reading re: rainsoft here in Louisiana. First of all these complaints are over a year old. This company was recently bought (in Sept. of '07 from what they said) and is now locally owned and operated. This company is also no longer associated with Discovery Marketing. They have done everything in their power to address the complaints and satisfy their current and new customers. I bought T-Touch Tissot watch for 500 American dollars 2 years ago.After one year,water got into my water proof watch!!!(I never washed my hand.only because of my hand's sweat).so, I sent it for repair .It had only worked for 6 months after repair and I took to their service department.They told me I have to spend about 200 american dollars in order to have my watch fixed. My daughter and I ate at Aberdeen Applebees on December 17, 2007. The meal was good and the service was good. I gave an 18 percent tips. When I got my credit card receipt of my dinner it showed $10.00 more than what I spent, this makes me believe that the waitress gave herself more tips than I put on the check. Dear sir, I am a consumer of Bharat Shancher nigam. I have use Excel(Prepaid) mobile. In past the signal of bsnl tower is very good but now (last six mounth) is very bad signal and many time when I call some one or recive call the line cut . I have call many time to Castomer care but never connect , it shay all operator are busy and even at 4 o' clock in the morning. Now i live at Bagnan in West Bengal(near Kolkata). Called them to explain how my job lowered my hours. So I am not making the money I used to get. So I asked for help. They turned me down flat. Novastar called 10 times a day and even had a person show up at our door. Saxon said we don't do deferments and told me to get a second job. I still have kids living with me a FAMILY. I can't help the situation at all. What I can't believe is how mortgage companies don't have a heart and be more understanding. My family of 5 rented a car at Malpense a/port. We drove 4 hours to the Piedmont region, and found that the car wouldn't start a couple of days later. We called Hertz to learn that they would send a tow truck to pick up the car, and that we had to drive one hour and a half to pick up a new car!!!! Ordered Dec. 2, Got a confirmation of order and said order sent on Dec. 10 with UPS tracking number. Checked tracking number with UPS and nothing has been shipped yet. I had used them before with limited problems however my refill expired but they still charged me $185 in Sep or Oct07 for my refill, then when I called they said i would need a new consult. This company attempted to debit our account earlier in December. I called the company and told them that I did NOT authorize this debit and I wanted the money returned to my account. It is very clear to me based upon my experience with the employees at Paul's Electronics that not only is the product sold from this store of low quality but the employees are running a racket of taking cash, not giving a receipt and later refusing to refund money for the defective merchandise told. In October of 2007 I was not allowed to see my doctor because I did not have my co pay($20.00). I had dual coverage by insurance. On Dec 23 I recieved a letter from the office mgr that Forest City Family Medicine would no longer serve me as a patient because I complained about their office staff and operations. I was given this as a gift, a stocking stuffer, by my grandmother and she does not keep her reciepts so there is no returning it. On first glance, the unit is nice and appears to be well designed. When, I received the product, read the negative side effects, I decided not to use any of the free samples. I am a subscriber of verizon online dsl service and it sucks. It is the worst internet i have ever had. The reason being is i can barely stay connected for 5-10 minutes and then i losose connection again. Then when i call verizon for help i reach them in india or the Philipinies or something like that.
