When we got our phone bill this month it showed a fee of 19.95 for Members Edge Voice Mail Monthly this was never ordered but here it is on the phone bill. My husband called the number for the billing questions and spoke to some rep she asked him some questions and most of them matched age, address, ect. but the mothers maiden name was wrong. The lady said she would take the charges off the bill and to be careful, they probably got this info from some survey he did on-line. Hello I am Sumit Ghai. I got Sify broadband connection Plan:INR [500(registration) + 330(monthly)] on date 22-Dec-2007 at my home 1/109, Vaishali, Ghaziabad . They disconnect my connection on 23-Dec-07 and asked me to pay INR 500 extra to enable it again. I been to there office. They said, I was using there login credential. I paid over $700 for frameless eyeglasses. Both lenses cracked at the screw near the nose rest, at just over 3 month after purchase. Glasses were used and cleaned very carefully, never dropped or bent, and worn all day. I purchased the glasses at Glen's Eye Care in Manalapan, NJ. I was not told the glasses have a 3 month guaranty. I am currently (but soon not to be) a customer of UniCare. My insurance rate was $161 per year. On November 1, my rate rose to $225. On January 1, it goes up to $264. My deductible is $2,500. The Akai service center has had my 42 inch (2 years old) plasma tv for 1 month. They claim they cannot get parts to repair the display from Akai. Bought ASR 700 Illiptical machine in Sears store in Wichita, Ks. on Dec. 1st. They were to have been delivered to Garden City Sears store on Dec. 5th. It did not get there unti Dec. 14. I received a collection notice from Afni Inc. that looks very suspicious. It is for an old Bell Atlantic (now Verizon) bill I supposedly never paid. For those of you who wish to dispute bogus collection claims, this website is very helpful. It refers to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and explains how to dispute a claim. My dish went out and I had to wait a week for an appt. The appt is form 12 to 4. I get a call at 859 am that they want to come in. When I tell them I have at 12-4 appt they say I had two appts.
