Order placed 11/20/07 against credit card for $150. Transaction confirmed - funds transferred. Told order would ship via traceable carrier and should arrive in 7-10 business day. It was shipped Canada Post, untraceable. It has been a month and I haven't received the item yet. Dee-v-dee.com has been contacted every day for the last 2 weeks and I have yet to receive a response. Nothing. I've contacted their customer support, shipping and refunds department each time I email them. Nothing. No phone number is given for contact. I'm sure this should qualify as fraud/theft etc.

I purchsed a cordless drill made by Panasonic because I had other Panasonic products that I liked, and because Consumer Reports recommended a similar Panasonic product. The drill was not very powerful --really it was weak compared to other cordless drills that I have used over a period of many years -- and the batteries failed after a year with light use. Based on my experience with much older and nominally less-powerful Bosch cordless drills, I felt strongly that Panasonic should replace the batteries. I am having an Saving Account with the axis bank- Surat Br. I had deposited a DD of axis bank only from other location.
same DD was not credited to my account after a long period of 15 days. When I asked for the matter Baroda Br. Manager ( Anish) and Surat Br. Manager Mr. Himanshu said your DD has lesser value so forget the matter, we can't help you and said contact directly to Baroda Br. as I deposited the same from Baroda office. Sweet Potato Leaves (Medium $8), Diced Chicken with dried chilli (Small $10), Pork ribs (small $10), You Tiao (Small $10), Hotplate Tofu (Medium $10) and 5 plates of plain rice ($2).

Unable to login to online card services for 3-4 weeks only way to contact is by phone. When contacted by phone they charge me $10.00 to pay bill by phone,or $15.00 for automated phone bill pay. Customer service rep. tells you that you will still be charged for any late or over limit fees and not sure if problem with web site is being worked on.for those like myself who work out of town and rely on the internet to pay bills it is just not good business practice. This company rips people off. They are on the BBB site but not for long. They wanted collateral for a personal loan, because of my credit. I paid the collateral and the company was suppose to deposit funds in my account and that never happened and they took my collateral as well. I call and call and no one answers or returns any of my calls. I have reported this company to BBB and authorities to press charges of fraud. CameraAddict listed their Sony KDL 40V3000 HD-LCD TV for $1195 (lowest in a price search on the Internet). Shipping was then $199 (same as EBay and other on-line sellers). They then added on $150 for stand under the TV, HDMI cable and remote. (usually this comes with the TV in the sealed box). Next they added a 7% insurance cost of $99. They then followed with an extended warranty of 3 years for $199. The total cost came to $1842. What should have been $1394 became $1842.

This online company is the biggest rip-off scam of the century, you order merchandise, they collect your money immediately and VOILA your screwed out of your money... you contact them the only way possible (emails) and you get comments like these... Attempted to order a ticket from SDiego to FM FL in Nov 07. Unable to have transaction go through so quit & went to Priceline.com where I successfully purchased ticket, got confirmation, took the trip. Credit card bill received showed a charge for 151.80 for Hotwire OnLine Travel which I did not charge. I paid 225.09 for the fare from Priceline.com.

I bought a Toshiba p35 S629 in 2005. Toshiba wouldn't honor the 1 year warranty as a previous buyer had buyer's remorse and returned it to the store, even though it stated on my receipt that I had a 1 year warranty. Because of this I was denied a full 1 year warranty and denied the option to buy an extended warranty. At 10 months to the day that the warranty ran out, the inverter went out on my LCD. I have been charged 11.95 on both 12/13/07 & 11/23/07. I have tried to contact the company and been summarily hung up on the minute those snide children got wind of my legal training etc. The number I have is 800.720.4420.The company to which I never subscribed, is "Mini Credit Report SE." and it shows up as a Debit card purchase of 11.95 p/month. Legal Recoveries hired a law firm to sue me, claiming I owe Legal Recoveries money. To my knowledge I have never had an account with them. I say this because I do have old debts and I have paid most of them. This company may have contacted me on behalf of Citibank. That debt is 7 yrs old. If I started paying them on behalf of Citibank I know that restarts the statute of limitations. The only problem is I have no knowledge and they wont provide proof. I charged it to my Visa Card a total of $88.18, they said I would be getting a confirmation email within 48 hours of the order, never happened . Tried to get onto their orders@UltimateDVDShop website that they give you... no such website. Same complaint as others in regards to the phone number they give you ,1-877-7-TV-SHOW. Contacted by phone and name to sell my resort timeshare at Stormy Point Village in Branson, Mo. Very convincing because they seem to have the info on what you own before they contact you. Was told they have corporate buyers interested in purchasing at the resort for their employees use. That part made sense because there are those companies that do that.

I called Network Agenda, BSM/Grant Search and found out that all this stemmed from me getting involved with Google!! make sure you cancel Google and cancel EVERYTHING that goes with it! In November I reordered the same items. It has been over a month. I have sent three requests for a tracking number or proof of delivery.
