I purchased a washer and dryer at HH Gregg. They called me at 6:30 a.m. to tell me they would deliver between 2:30 and 5:30 p.m. . They were supposed to call me 40 minutes ahead of time before they show up. My husband and I were the victims of credit card fraud and Dermacia was one of the fraudulent charges on our account. When we tried to cancel and reverse the fraudulent charges, a Dermacia rep told us we would have to return the product. The product arrived and we returned it to sender a few days later. This was in October. In December, Dermacia sent us a bill via a collection agency saying we never paid up. Dear Sir, We had Purchase and Hp Laser Jet 3055 Printer on 26-04-2006. On 24-11-2007 there was an problem in the printer that the paper was not feeding in to the system. We had an AMC with the dealers they took it back for the service to HP service centre. Well i have been complaining about getting my stove repaired for the past 3 and a half months. I have had a service tech in to see the problem and they have not repaired it. I gave my Alto car to Kap for accidental repair and service. They first outrightly denied to admit accidental repair although insurance is from them but on warning not o take policy any further they entertained. Purchased an LG dishwasher. After 3 service calls they replaced it!! The one they replaced quit working after 18 months, this was an $800 dishwasher!! They refused to do anything to make it right. We also purchased a Washer Dryer set for over $2300.00 the washer hase been serviced 3 times. We have to leave the door open on it because it smells so musty!! Ripped-off by Woodman entertainment!!! I ordered twice at Pierre Woodmans, Woodman Entertainment company. Both times they ripped me off. First time: they did not apply the announced 5% discount on my order. Second time: They applied, without any prior announcement, a 34,00 EUR transportation charge. I started to use "Chase - Continental business credit card" since June. 2007. I paid my balance in full every month except Sep. 2007. So, on Oct's statement, there is a late fee and financial change. I paid in full (including the financial change) on time on 10/22/07. But again, on Nov's statement, there is $2.68 financial change. Since I bought a prolonged guarantee, I called the company for the guarantee and they sent a repairman within two weeks to look at my fridge. After one month, no news. Dell uses DHL shipping company to send electronics when purchased online. I purchased a very expensive piece of electronics and it was shipped by DHL out of California. I used the ability to track shipment online and saw they would attempt delivery on the 13th which is the day I was out of state on business.
