Hi, I have taken a car loan from HDFC 3 months back. I have paid 2 advance EMIs for the car i purchased. I had opted for a ECS facility for paying EMI. I have a bank account with ABN AMRO Bank thorugh which my EMI is debited. However, my first ECS was bounce. The reason for the same being that HDFC Bank have not submitted the Mandate form to ABN AMRO Bank. I was charged Rs 112 for the bouncing of ECS by ABN AMRO. I bought a ONIDA 21” Black TV on Jan 2005, the warranty period was 1 year. Till 1 years there is no problem in the TV. After that it has some repair, I entered into AMC with ADONIS Electronics pvt. Ltd, in Chennai that is an authorized service center for ONIDA. Tried to purchase a book on Forensics from these people in July 2007. Credit card charged and no product ever sent. No reply to frequent communications. Others who have suffered are urged to contact e-crimes unit of Australian Police or the IC3 group in the USA In Australia you can contact Dept of Fair Trading as they claim on website amongst other things that the customer won't be charged until the order is shipped and they can be prosecuted under Asutralian law if this claim is shown to be misleading. The 2007 Infiniti G35x is a new model of an Inifnit which is supposed to have all these great new features. A new feature they have added is hte Vehicle DYnamic Contorl Stabilization system which is horrible. It has caused me two accidents because it kicks in at the wrong times and does not work correctly. How does one start a class action suit. I am so fed up with HP. I have checked chat sites and there are hundreds of complaints I see in just a few minutes of searching. I ordered a 10 day sample and it was shipped to me and I paid 5.95 for shipping. I was under no obligation to buy any more. The product did not come with any information and I tried to call the phone number on the bottle and it is temporary disconnected. Now they have charged my debit card $69.95. The company offers opt-in email marketing campaigns but cannot delvier them. IN our experience the campaing could not get past the spam filters. I too just experienced their VERY deceptive sales practice. I ordered a DSLR camera "package"...Executive Package to be precise. I applied for Housing Loan during September, 2007 . I was asked by bank officials to sign the docket and other papers for ECS clearance, acceptance of loan and alongwith six PDC's. I was disbursed the loan on ct 19, 2007 but the cheques were dated Oct 1, 2007. The interest was charged from 28th September 2007 instead of Oct. 19, 2007. This is absurd. I purchased something from McAfee 3 months ago using the TELECHECK service on their website. It ended up being the wrong product so they refunded me the money. Well a month later I get a collection notice in the mail saying I owe TELECHECK $87.00. I have been on the phone for the past 2 months trying to sort this out. McAfee has contacted TELECHECK to tell them that the product was refunded and STILL they are harassing me with this. I sent them my bank statement proving that it had been charged and then refunded. took my pet cat Smokey, to Banfield after he became weak, could'nt walk or use his legs. I thought that the cat had eaten a rat or a poisoned small animal; I was told that he ehad an infection and was given prednisone, antibiotics(baytrol?) and vitamins. May 11 2005, we purchased the best set of appliances Electrolux Home Products make, Frigidaires Pro Series, On Dec 15. Only 7 months later we had to repair the ice maker under warranty ( no problem) well it never got fixed till late Jan/06. On Feb 21/06,The repairman made another house call to repair the ice maker again, Well it never got fixed till Mar 29/06. I have a complaint about workers making appointments to do work in your home & not keeping them. Most people have to take off from work to be there, then they don't show. I'm having such problem. I went with a retail store for kitchen tile to avoid such a pitfall. However it happened to me too. The job started November 12, to be finished (except for around the kitchen cabinets) in 4 days. We have been customers for at least 10 years and have not missed a payment or deadline. I called on November 27th, 2007 for a payoff balance of our mortgage. Our coupon booklet printed by the bank stated to call for a final balance. I was given an amount and therefore sent a money order to the above address dated the same day as the phone call. Deceptive warranty, and slow service. Made mistake of buying service contract / agreement from GE for microwave and oven, and, after five months, nearly 10 service calls, and mis-ordered parts, etc., they have decided no to fix unit. Instead of replacing model, they offered me the option of purchasing a new model at about $1,500. This seems rediculous as the unit new costs $1,800 at Home Depot. I bought this more expensive electric can opener only about a month ago and now I just want to give it away to some unsuspecting person on Freecycle. It's a piece of garbage that can't open a can in just one cut. Try ten cuts and you may get the can opened enough to pry into it and scoop out the contents. It can't grab the can. The lever with the blade keeps falling off and you have to hold the lever 'just right' to get it to contact the slippery black button switch that runs the motor. Bought Maytag Quiet Series 300 at Home Depot. Worked okay (takes MUCH more time to go through the cycle than others I've had) but in the past 2 months it hasn't been washing all the dishes. The dishes on top and bottom rack in the FRONT are not clean. The back seems to be clean. I've tried everything, short of calling a repair man. When made the appointment, they said that they will take my secondary insurance, the day of the appointment refused and I was not able to wait for another provider, paid $5040 for the procedure, can't get any money back from the billing department. By contract with Blue Cross allowance was $1208, my responsibility is only $208.oo. According tom Blue Cross they have to give me back $4040.00 but medical facility refused. Of the two businesses that either answered the phone or returned my message, I got Bay Area Appliances to schedule a service call 5 days after I called them.
